Officer met with subject in reference to a bicycle he found abandoned in the tree line along the path (old railroad tracks) east of his residence.  The bike is a Schwinn Sidewinder with 26" tires, which checked negative through NCIC. 
A message about this bicycle was posted to the PD app and social media.

Officer observed a gray Ford F150 parked on the side of the roadway in front of the listed location.  The vehicle's gas tank was off of the vehicle, and several tools were lying around.  Officer advised vehicle owner that he needed to have the vehicle fixed or moved into his driveway by Wednesday at 1400 or there could be enforcement action taken. 
09/30/2020 1747 Hours-Officer checked and found that the vehicle had been moved into the driveway.
