Officer observed a white Chevrolet Express at the listed location was parked in front of a yellow curb and also blocking a fire hydrant. Officer made contact with the driver and advised him that he needed to move his vehicle. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a theft. Officer made contact with complainant who stated that items had been taken from his apartment without permission. Officer made contact with subject and stood by as subject returned the items. Subject was warned for theft.

Officer was dispatched to North Chillicothe Street at US 42 on a non-injury crash. Officer met with both drivers.  After obtaining photos and exchanging information with both drivers, Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was flagged down by the driver delivering papers for the Columbus Dispatch. He requested Officer make a well-being check at the listed location. Officer attempted to make contact with the homeowner, but was unable to make contact with anyone. Officer was advised subject is staying with a relative.

Officer received a complaint advising a male subject may have been sleeping at the property without permission.  Officer made contact with building owner and awaited for his arrival to unlock the building.  Officer made contact with subject occupying the building. Subject was told that he had to vacate the building and also remove his property and his vehicles and return the key to the building owner.

Officer responded as backup for the Union County Sheriff’s Office to US 33 just west of SR 161.   Officer returned to patrol, once assistance was no longer needed.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a loose dog that had a Postal Employee pinned in the mail truck. Officer located the dog and with assistance from neighbors, Officer was able to get the dog secured in an unlocked storage shed. Owner was given a verbal warning for Dog Running at Large.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well-being check. Dispatch advised a lost male in his seventies was found by a resident at the listed location. Officer observed a male subject who appeared to be confused, and when asked, subject stated he was lost. Once subject was released to his son, Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was flagged down by a female subject on the lot of the listed location. Officer observed subject had a flat tire that was unable to be filled. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.

Officer observed a loose husky at the intersection of Perry Pike and Dorvic Drive. Officer made contact with dog’s owner who had reported the dog missing earlier in the night. Owner was warned of the possible consequences if the dog continued to run loose.

Officer initiated a traffic stop with a vehicle at US42.  Officer made contact with, Tyler R. Rutter who was suspended.  Tyler was subsequently issued a citation for ALS Suspension and No Valid Operator’s License.  His vehicle was also impounded and towed to the Plain City Police Dept. impound lot.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location reference a lift assist. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller.  Officer then attempted to use the master key, however was unable to use this key to open the front and rear doors. Officer requested Pleasant Valley Colony Fire Department to assist with entry into the residence. Officer advised property manager about the box key issue.

Officer initiated a traffic stop on a blue GMC truck Officer made contact with the owner, Michael Strickland. He was subsequently issued a citation for Expired Tags. The vehicle was also impounded due to the longevity of the registration being expired and towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.

Officer was requested by Union County Sheriff’s Office to assist with a probable cause search. Officer  stood-by while Deputy completed the citation, then returned to patrol.
