Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an employee finding marijuana in the rest room. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller, who advised that he had found a small baggie of marijuana. Officer took possession of the marijuana and documented the incident.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to two loose dogs. Upon arrival, the dogs were still inside the fence. Officer made contact with the homeowner and advised him of the complaint and of the possible consequences of dogs running at large.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well being check. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the resident who advised that she was fine. Officer notified the caller and then returned to patrol.

While on a business contact, an employee advised of a bad check complaint. She said the suspect has not made contact with them to resolve the matter. Officer made contact with the suspect a short time later and told her to contact the business to make arrangements for the bad checks. I told her if she failed to do so, she would be charged criminally, which she advised she understood.

Officers were attempting to serve a warrant for theft at the listed location. Officers made contact with Krista Bundy who was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail for Theft and Resisting Arrest.

Officer responded to listed location on the report of a two vehicle non-injury accident. Upon arrival, Officer found a black Ford truck and United States Postal Service mail truck that were involved in the crash. Brandon Heisler was issued a citation for Assured Clear Distance Ahead.

Officer was advised of a suspicious person walking on the listed state route. Officers located the male and stopped to see if he needed any assistance. After determining that he did not need any assistance, he continued walking southbound, advising he was on his way to Idaho.

Officers observed a red Pontiac Grand Am northbound on listed avenue with a headlight out. Officers initiated a traffic stop. Upon further investigation, Rhyan Ash was subsequently issued a summons for Drug Paraphernalia and a warning for One Headlight violation.

Officers responded to the listed location on report of an unwanted guest. Upon arrival, Officers learned that the two male subjects had been into the business to turn in job applications. They remained in the business for quite some time afterward and an employee asked them to leave. When they didn't leave after about 15 minutes, Officers were contacted to remove them from the business. Officers told them to leave, which they did without further incident.

Officer was contacted via phone to check the listed location. The caller stated that there was a towel that looked to be bloody lying in the middle of the road. Upon arrival, Officer found the towel. It appeared to have paint on the towel and disposed of it.

While on routine patrol, Officers observed a white Saturn parked in front of the listed location. The vehicle was blocking most of the roadway and made it very difficult to drive around. Officers made contact with the owner at the listed location. She apologized and moved the vehicle without incident.

Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a firework complaint. The complainant stated that his son was walking in front of their residence when someone threw a firework near his head. The firework passed his head and went off several feet away. Officers checked with several neighbors but no one witnessed or heard the incident. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the firework.

Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a possible vandalism. Dispatch advised several juveniles were on the property of the listed location messing with Christmas decorations.  Upon arrival Officer located several juveniles walking on an adjacent street. Officer then made contact with the juveniles, who admitted to being on the property. All guardians were contacted and made aware of the situation.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a black Honda Accord. Officer learned that the registered owner was under suspension. Officer then initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver/owner. Robert Paterson III was subsequently issued a citation for No Valid Operators License and License Forfeiture Suspension.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a private property crash. Upon arrival Officer made contact with driver of a white Dodge Ram and the driver of a tan Chevy truck. Upon further investigation, Kenneth Rausch was suspended for Random Selection Noncompliance, which he was subsequently cited. Both parties exchanged insurance information.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to two males who were yelling at patrons while they were inside the laundry mat. Upon arrival Officers observed four individuals sitting at the table. Officers asked them about the incident and advised them that they needed to calm down and not bother patrons. They were also advised of the possible consequences if their actions continued. They apologized and stated that they would calm down. Officers determined everything to be fine.

The business owner stated that he did not want him in his business any longer and would have charges filed if he returned. Officer made contact with the subject and advised him not to be at that establishment any longer.

He stated that sometime during the previous night someone had struck their mailbox and then left the scene. He requested Officer document the incident for insurance purposes. Officer was conducting routine patrol and discovered a disabled vehicle at the listed location. Officer observed a red Dodge Ram with a trailer. The driver stated his tail light on his trailer was giving him issues so he wanted to fix it. The vehicle was not a hazard. Once the vehicle left, Officer returned to patrol.
