12/5/2016	3:46 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	West Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to two loose dogs. Upon arrival, the dogs were still inside the fence. Officer made contact with the homeowner and advised him of the complaint and of the possible consequences of dogs running at large.
12/6/2016	4:58 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Smucker Ln.	Officer met with the caller at his residence. He had questions regarding a person that kept coming to his residence and he didn't want them to. Officer explained several options to him and after presence was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.

12/6/2016	11:37 PM	Well-being Check	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well being check. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the resident who advised that she was fine. Officer notified the caller and then returned to patrol.
12/7/2016	7:20 AM	Bad Checks	West Main St.	While on a business contact, an employee advised of a bad check complaint. She said the suspect has not made contact with them to resolve the matter. Officer made contact with the suspect a short time later and told her to contact the business to make arrangements for the bad checks. 12/7/2016	6:32 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	Converse Ave.	Officers were attempting to serve a warrant for theft at the listed location. Officers made contact with Krista Bundy who was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail for Theft and Resisting Arrest.
12/7/2016	11:25 AM	Injury Crash	South Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to listed location on the report of a two vehicle non-injury accident. Upon arrival, Officer found a black Ford truck and United States Postal Service mail truck that were involved in the crash. Brandon Heisler was issued a citation for Assured Clear Distance Ahead.
12/7/2016	7:10 AM	Suspicious Person	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was advised of a suspicious person walking on the listed state route. Officers located the male and stopped to see if he needed any assistance. After determining that he did not need any assistance, he continued walking southbound, advising he was on his way to Idaho.
12/7/2016	2:43 PM	Well-being Check	Willow Bend Cir	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well-being check. Officers made contact with the resident and determined she was fine. A message was relayed to the caller, and Officers returned to patrol.
12/8/2016	9:15 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	South Jefferson Ave.	Officers observed a red Pontiac Grand Am northbound on listed avenue with a headlight out. Officers initiated a traffic stop. Upon further investigation, Rhyan Ash was subsequently issued a summons for Drug Paraphernalia and a warning for One Headlight violation.

12/8/2016	1:18 PM	Trespasser	West Bigelow Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location on report of an unwanted guest. Upon arrival, Officers learned that the two male subjects had been into the business to turn in job applications. They remained in the business for quite some time afterward and an employee asked them to leave. When they didn't leave after about 15 minutes, Officers were contacted to remove them from the business. Officers told them to leave, which they did without further incident.	Pioneer Pizza
12/8/2016	2:40 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was contacted via phone to check the listed location. The caller stated that there was a towel that looked to be bloody lying in the middle of the road. Upon arrival, Officer found the towel. It appeared to have paint on the towel and disposed of it. 12/8/2016	5:40 PM	Parking Complaint	East West Ave.	While on routine patrol, Officers observed a white Saturn parked in front of the listed location. The vehicle was blocking most of the roadway and made it very difficult to drive around. Officers made contact with the owner at the listed location. She apologized and moved the vehicle without incident.
12/9/2016	8:56 PM	Fireworks	South Chillicothe St.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a firework complaint. The complainant stated that his son was walking in front of their residence when someone threw a firework near his head. The firework passed his head and went off several feet away. Officers checked with several neighbors but no one witnessed or heard the incident. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate the firework.
12/9/2016	9:58 PM	Juvenile	Willow Creek Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a possible vandalism. Dispatch advised several juveniles were on the property of the listed location messing with Christmas decorations.  Upon arrival Officer located several juveniles walking on an adjacent street. Officer then made contact with the juveniles, who admitted to being on the property. All guardians were contacted and made aware of the situation.
12/9/2016	11:58 PM	Traffic Stop	East Main St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a black Honda Accord. Officer learned that the registered owner was under suspension. Officer then initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver/owner. Robert Paterson III was subsequently issued a citation for No Valid Operators License and License Forfeiture Suspension.
12/9/2016	3:38 PM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a private property crash. Upon arrival Officer made contact with driver of a white Dodge Ram and the driver of a tan Chevy truck. Upon further investigation, Kenneth Rausch was suspended for Random Selection Noncompliance, which he was subsequently cited. Both parties exchanged insurance information.	Marathon/Lovejoy Food Mart
12/9/2016	4:24 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Cottonwood Ct.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a civil standby. Upon arrival Officer stood by while the two parties exchanged children. Once assistance was no longer necessary, Officer returned to patrol.
12/10/2016	6:50 PM	911 Follow-up	Maple St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 hang up. Officer checked the area and made contact with the homeowner. He stated his toddler had his phone and accidently dialed 911. Officer determined everything to be okay.
12/10/2016	11:19 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Cooper Ln.	Officers were on routine patrol and observed the driver's side door ajar on a white Jeep. Officers made contact with the owner, and advised him of the incident. Property was secured and Officers determined everything to be fine.
12/10/2016	8:35 PM	Resisting Arrest	West South St.	Officers went to the listed location to serve two warrants. The warrants were out of the Madison County Municipal Court for Domestic Violence and Endangering Children. Joann Myers was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail. She was subsequently charged with Resisting Arrest.
12/10/2016	7:56 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Bigelow Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to two males who were yelling at patrons while they were inside the laundry mat. Upon arrival Officers observed four individuals sitting at the table. Officers asked them about the incident and advised them that they needed to calm down and not bother patrons. They were also advised of the possible consequences if their actions continued. They apologized and stated that they would calm down. Officers determined everything to be fine.	Speed Queen Laundromat
12/10/2016	8:53 AM	Traffic Stop	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a white Chevy Malibu. Officer then initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver/owner, Jodi Williamson. She was subsequently issued a citation for No Valid Operators License, Non Compliance Suspension and Failure to Reinstate.

Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver/owner, Christopher Johnson. He was subsequently issued a citation for No Valid Operators License and License Forfeiture Suspension.

He stated that a male subject had been in his restaurant yelling and cursing. The business owner stated that he did not want him in his business any longer and would have charges filed if he returned. 12/11/2016	11:44 PM	Drunk Driver	US Rt. 42 N	Officers initiated a traffic stop with a grey Silverado 2500 for several marked lanes violations. After further investigation the owner/operator Roger Burton was charged with felony Operating Vehicle while Intoxicated and Open Container.
12/11/2016	2:37 AM	Parking Complaint	South Chillicothe St.	Officers were on routine patrol, and observed a blue Honda CRV parked illegally in front of the listed location. A parking citation for Parking Where Prohibited by Signs was left under the driver's wiper blade.
12/11/2016	4:27 AM	Disabled Vehicle	South Chillicothe St.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a direct call. The caller advised her vehicle, a blue Honda CRV, was out of fuel. Upon arrival Officers spoke with the caller and gave directions to the nearest gas station where she was able to refuel.
12/11/2016	9:18 AM	Non-Injury Hitskip	West Main St.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a hit skip crash. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the resident. He stated that sometime during the previous night someone had struck their mailbox and then left the scene. He requested Officer document the incident for insurance purposes. 12/11/2016	9:02 PM	Disabled Vehicle	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was conducting routine patrol and discovered a disabled vehicle at the listed location. Officer observed a red Dodge Ram with a trailer. The driver stated his tail light on his trailer was giving him issues so he wanted to fix it. The vehicle was not a hazard. Once the vehicle left, Officer returned to patrol.
