12/8/2014	9:27 AM	Parking Complaint	South Jefferson Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a private property parking complaint.
12/8/2014	3:02 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 S	On this date and time, an officer responded to US Route 42 and Alcott Drive on the report of a non-injury crash. Upon arrival, it was discovered to be two separate crashes. The officer assisted the OSHP.

12/8/2014	7:59 PM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	Allgyer Dr.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location on a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival the vehicle was gone.
12/9/2014	10:14 AM	Civil Issue	West Main St.	On this date and time, an officer met with a resident on station in regards to a civil issue that occurred at the listed location.
12/9/2014	10:34 AM	Non-Injury Crash	West Main St.	On this date and time,  an officer responded to West Main Street and West Bigelow Avenue in reference to a non-injury crash. Upon further investigation,  Tuwana Aitchison, 56yoa of Plain City was issued a citation for Failure to Yield.  A crash report was completed.
12/9/2014	8:11 PM	Injury Crash	SR 161 E	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the intersection of SR 161 E and Butler Avenue in reference to injury crash. Upon further investigation it was determined that the injuries were non-incapacitating.  Jessica Adams, 26yoa of Plain City was cited for Texting While Driving and Assured Clear Distance Ahead. Both vehicles were towed from the scene and a crash report was completed.
12/10/2014	8:33 AM	Well-being Check	East First Ave.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the area of East First Avenue and North Chillicothe Street in reference to a young juvenile walking with only a short sleeve shirt on. Upon arrival the juvenile was gone and it was reported they got onto the school bus.
12/10/2014	4:51 PM	Attempted Scam	Converse Dr.	On the listed date and time,  an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a telephone scam report. Upon arrival, the complainant advised she received a phone call from a blocked number. The subject, pretended to be her grandson, advised her that he was in need of $8,000.00. She did not send any money and learned that this was a scam.
12/10/2014	5:18 PM	Bad Checks	West Main St.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the Marathon in reference to a bad check complaint. Charges are pending.
12/11/2014	12:42 AM	Dispute	West Main St.	On the stated date and time while on routine patrol an officer was flagged down by a male subject near the listed location. The subject advised that he was being given a ride home from Dublin when he got into an argument with the driver, who then decided to leave him and not take him home.  A UCSO Deputy picked Jonah up and transported him to his residence.
12/11/2014	1:27 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Converse Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the area of the listed location in reference to a Rottweiler running loose. Upon my arrival, the officer located the canine, which was wearing a choker chain with no tags. The Union County Dog Warden arrived a short time later and retrieved the canine.
12/12/2014	9:10 AM	Non-Injury Crash	Coachman Dr.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a non-injury crash. The parties exchanged information and no crash report was taken.
12/13/2014	12:31 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 S	On the listed date and time, an officer was on patrol on South Jefferson Avenue when they were advised of a single vehicle injury crash just south of the village Corporation Limit on US Rt. 42. Upon arrival, the officer observed that the driver was stumbling away from the vehicle and made contact with the driver. The officer then stood by with the driver until the arrival of the medic crew and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.  The driver was subsequently arrested for OVI and transported to the Plain City Police Department for testing.
12/13/2014	10:15 AM	Well-being Check	Smucker Ln.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a well-being check. Upon arrival everything checked okay and the resident was asked to call their family.
12/13/2014	11:14 AM	911 Follow-up	West Main St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the area of 300 block West Main Street in reference to a 911 hang up from a 911 only phone. Upon arrival  they met with several people, none of which knew anything about a 911 call.
12/15/2014	3:59 PM	Runaway Juvenile	East Main St.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the area of Mike's Pit Stop in reference to a possible runaway juvenile. A motorist picked the juvenile up from Plain City-Georgesville Road near Converse-Huff Road and then dropped him off at Mike's Pit Stop. The juvenile advised that he ran away from his residence in Hilliard earlier in the day. Upon arrival to the area the juvenile was located at the corner of South Chillicothe Street and East Main Street.  It was determined that the 13year old male juvenile did in fact runaway from his house in Hilliard and was attempting to leave the state. The juvenile was transported to Big Darby Baptist Church and released to the care of the Hilliard PD.
12/15/2014	9:10 PM	Parking Complaint	Madison Ave.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a parking issue. The caller advised that when she returned home from work several orange cones and no parking signs were in her driveway. She was referred to her landlord and the zoning office.
12/17/2014	11:56 AM	Suspicious Person	South Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in the area of West Avenue in reference to a suspicious person. The caller advised a male was walking southbound pointing at his chest and arguing with himself. The officer patrolled the area extensively and did not locate the suspect.
12/17/2014	2:58 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	West Main St.	On the listed date and time, an officer met with a party at the listed location in regards to a civil standby.  Upon arrival it was discovered that the business was closed. The party was referred to their attorney since it was a civil issue.
12/18/2014	11:24 AM	Suspicious Person	East Main St.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. The complainant advised that a young male subject wearing a blue navy coat came to her back door and knocked. The resident refused to answer the door and the subject held up some literature and then left. The officer located the subject and learned that he was passing out religious material.  The officer asked them to refrain going to the back doors of residences.
12/18/2014	6:43 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Converse Ave.	On the stated date and time officers responded to the listed location in reference to a possible burglary in progress. Upon arrival everything was determined to be fine.
12/19/2014	12:39 PM	Non-Injury Crash/Private Property	Maple St.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a non-injury private property crash. All parties exchanged information and no crash report was taken.
12/19/2014	3:48 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a theft complaint. A report was taken and charges are pending.
12/19/2014	5:34 PM	Runaway Juvenile	Buggywhip Ln.	On the stated date and time officers responded to the listed location in reference to a runaway juvenile that was in foster care. The juvenile was located hiding in a restroom of a business and threatening to cause harm to themselves. The juvenile was subsequently transported to the hospital by the medics for a mental health evaluation and a referral was made to the Madison County DOJFS.
12/20/2014	5:42 AM	911 Unknown/Warrant Arrest	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 unknown. Upon arrival contact was made with the caller and they advised that they must have accidently called while the phone was in their pocket. Upon further investigation it was discovered the caller Roeseann S. Wholaver, 49yoa of Plain City had an active warrant for her arrest. She was taken into custody and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
12/20/2014	12:39 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Friend St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location to check the welfare of some fowl. The caller advised that the resident at this address had pheasants and was concerned that they were not being fed, watered or kept warm. Upon arrival the officer met with the resident and advised them of the complaint. The resident showed the officer the animals, which were chickens. The chickens were in a covered cage on the front porch with food, water and a heater.
12/21/2014	1:14 AM	Telecom Harassment	Lantern Ln.	On the stated date and time an officer to the listed location in reference to telecommunication harassment. The caller stated that another male had sent him several menacing Facebook messages. The officer located the suspect and they were warned to have no contact with the complainant. They advised they would comply.
12/21/2014	9:05 AM	911 Follow-up	John St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow up. Dispatch advised that the caller had called 911 and requested to be transferred to the Columbus Police Department. It was determined the caller was reporting an incident that occurred in Columbus and everything checked okay.
12/22/2014	2:09 PM	911 Follow-up	North Ave.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. Upon arrival  the officer spoke with the resident, who advised he accidently dialed 911 on his cell phone.
12/22/2014	2:18 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a man in the parking lot with a gun. Upon arrival and further investigation  the subjects arranged a meeting through Facebook to meet at the location to sell a rifle and a bow.

12/23/2014	11:52 AM	911 Follow-up	West Main St.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an accidental 911 call. Dispatch spoke with the unknown caller who advised that everything was fine and there were no problems. Upon arrival, the caller had already left the area. The officer spoke to employees who confirmed that everything was fine.
12/23/2014	4:26 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	South Chillicothe St.	On the above date and time, an officer assisted a resident into gaining entry into their residence. They had accidently locked themselves out of the house.
