Brannon, 48yoa of Cambridge, Ohio was found to have an outstanding felony warrant through the PA State Police. The warrant was a nationwide extradition warrant. Anthony was charged additionally with Obstruction of Official Business and Falsification for giving false names during the investigation for the crash. Anthony was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

Upon approaching the vehicle the officer observed an unknown male asleep in the driver’s seat. Upon making contact the officer detected an odor of burnt marijuana. Upon further investigation Ethan D. Fannin, 19yoa of Unionville was subsequently charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

On the above date and time, while investigating a domestic dispute an officer learned that Oneiko J. Davis, 40yoa of Columbus had an entered warrant issued for his arrest by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas for Failure to Appear. While placing the suspect under arrest a baggie of marijuana was located on his person. He was charged with Drug Possession and later turned over to a Franklin County Deputy concerning the warrant.
