Brannon, 48yoa of Cambridge, Ohio was found to have an outstanding felony warrant through the PA State Police. The warrant was a nationwide extradition warrant. Anthony was charged additionally with Obstruction of Official Business and Falsification for giving false names during the investigation for the crash. Anthony was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

It was reported that three juveniles and one adult had thrown a rock and struck a car causing damage. The case is being forwarded to the prosecutor for review and charges.

Upon arrival, one of the drivers advised that they were experiencing neck pain. Medic 261 arrived on the scene and subsequently transported the driver to DMH. A 17yoa juvenile was subsequently issued a citation for ACDA and a crash report was completed.

The male gave a false name and upon further investigation it was determined the male had a warrant for his arrest out of Franklin County. Jonathan A. Decker, 29 yoa of Plain City was charged with open container and obstruction of official business. He was transported and released to the Columbus PD for the active warrants.
6/22/2014	1:37 AM	Warrant - Felony	North Ave.	On the above date and time, officers responded to the listed location to serve a felony warrant. Brad L. Darling, 27yoa of Plain City had two entered warrants out of Franklin County for Felony Possession of Drug/Drug Abuse, and Misdemeanor Telephone harassment. He was placed into custody and transported and released to the Columbus PD.
6/22/2014	8:19 PM	Dead on Arrival	Gay St.	On the stated date and time officers responded to the listed location in reference to a non-responsive male. Upon arrival it was determined that the male was deceased as a result of natural causes.

Upon further investigation Russ P. Nicol, 75yoa of Plain City was issued a citation for failure to yield from the traffic light.
6/24/2014	7:18 PM	Parking Complaint	South Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time, while on routine patrol, an officer observed a vehicle parked on the sidewalk behind the listed location. The officer made contact with the listed party and advised him that he was prohibited from parking on the sidewalk. A warning was given and the vehicle was moved.
6/25/2014	1:44 AM	Drug Possession	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time while on patrol an officer observed a suspicious vehicle parked on the lot of a closed business at the listed location. Upon approaching the vehicle the officer observed an unknown male asleep in the driver’s seat. Upon making contact the officer detected an odor of burnt marijuana. Upon further investigation Ethan D. Fannin, 19yoa of Unionville was subsequently charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Upon arrival, with the fire department, an officer discovered two dump truck had collided. The driver of one of the trucks had be mechanically extricated from the truck.

7/2/2014	3:27 PM	Non-Injury Crash	North Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time, officers responded to the listed location in reference to a car that struck a residence. Upon  further investigation David A. Fults 34 yoa of Plain City was issued a citation for Failure to Control.
7/2/2014	8:49 PM	Drug Possession	South Chillicothe St.	On the above date and time, while investigating a domestic dispute an officer learned that Oneiko J. Davis, 40yoa of Columbus had an entered warrant issued for his arrest by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas for Failure to Appear. While placing the suspect under arrest a baggie of marijuana was located on his person. He was charged with Drug Possession and later turned over to a Franklin County Deputy concerning the warrant.
