5/20/2014	10:07 AM	Assist Other Agency	Mitchell Dewitt Rd.	On this date and time, an officer responded as backup with UCSO to the listed location on an alarm drop. Upon arrival, everything was determined to be fine.

5/20/2014	1:05 PM	Parking Complaint	North Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time an officer observed a semi parked on E Main at North Ave. While checking the semi, they were advised by a passerby that the vehicle had been there for three hours today.  A parking violation warning sticker was placed on the semi and contact was made with the registered owner, who in turn made contact with the driver to have it moved and not to park on the roads. The officer returned later and the vehicle was gone.
5/20/2014	1:16 PM	Non-Injury Crash	West Main St.	On this date and time, an officer met with a resident regarding damage to their fence at the listed location. Upon further inspection it appears that a vehicle struck the fence and left the scene.

5/20/2014	11:23 PM	911 Follow-up	Central Ave.	On the listed date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an open line cell-phone 911 call. While en-route dispatch advised that they could hear people having conversations but were unable to get anyone to pick up the phone. The officer checked the area and was unable to locate anyone.

5/21/2014	1:34 PM	911 Follow-up	Carriage Dr.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of an accidental 911 call. Upon arrival, contact was made with the resident and everything was determined to be fine.

5/22/2014	7:16 AM	Alarm Drop	South Jefferson Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon arrival, it was determined to be employee error.
5/22/2014	7:34 AM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	South Jefferson Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer initiated a traffic stop at the listed location. Upon further investigation, the officer learned that the driver, Roy L. Hisey, 34yoa of London had an entered warrant (confirmed) issued for his arrest by the Madison County Municipal Court. He was placed under arrest for the warrant and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
