Upon arrival contact was made with the resident who confirmed that they had accidentally hit the emergency call button on their cell phone. I then returned to patrol.
7/26/2013	11:04 PM	Vandalism	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in response to a vandalism complaint. The reporting party advised their windshield was purposely smashed while the vehicle was parked at work. Report taken and charges pending investigation.

The caller was attempting to get personal identifying information from the resident. The resident took the correct measures and did not give any personal identifying information.

A customer advised they would return to pay and had not returned in the specified time.  The suspect was contacted and made payment to avoid charges.

The officer located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. It was determined the driver was having a medical issue and a ride was called to come to the scene to drive the party home.

Upon arrival it was discovered that two females were involved in a physical confrontation. Robyn L. Cantrell, 27yoa of Plain City and Leona M. Elinger, 27yoa of Plain City were charged with Disorderly Conduct.

Due to the late hour and the amount of tools/ property inside and the possibility of easy access into the residence, the officer made contact with the resident, and advised them of the open door.

While en-route dispatch advised that the caller thought she heard someone turn the front door knob and was now possibly standing out front on the phone. Upon arrival it was discovered to be an expected visitor from the adjacent resident going to the wrong house.

Joshua R. Holland, 18yoa of Plain City, and Wesley L. Fauver 19yoa of Plain City were issued a summons for Underage Possession of Alcohol.

8/5/2013	10:24 PM	Littering	North Ave.	On the listed date and time, an officer was met on station  in reference to a littering complaint at the listed location. Contact was made with the suspect and they were advised to clean up the items. The resident advised they had made arrangements to do so.
8/5/2013	10:50 PM	Warrant - Felony	North Ave.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an occupied vehicle parked in front of a vacant house. Upon arrival and further investigation,  Amanda L. Nixon, 27yoa of Plain City was arrested on a  felony warrant through the Adult Parole Authority for absconding supervision.
