The anonymous complainant advised dispatch that there was a subject who was having trouble walking and two people were trying to help them. Upon arrival the officer could not locate anyone in the area having difficulty but made contact with two people who advised they had just assisted their intoxicated family member into the residence.

On the listed date and time, a vehicle proceeded to turn around in the police department parking lot and while doing so backed into the front end of the Police Department's Toyota Scion, damaging the right front headlight and hood. Insurance information was obtained and a report was taken.

On the listed date and time, an officer initiated a traffic stop on N. Chillicothe Street for a moving violation. Andrew D Hunter, 32yoa of Plain City was subsequently arrested and charged with OVI and Super concentration..

On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of a noise complaint. The anonymous complainant advised that the residents there have been up all night partying and that they had been outside being loud. Contact was made with the residents and they were given warnings for their actions.

Upon arrival it was discovered some household items were broken, but the second half of the dispute had already left. The remaining party advised that there were no threats of physical violence, nor were there any signs of a physical injury.

On the listed date and time, an officer initiated a traffic stop on South Chillicothe Street on a vehicle for a moving violation. The driver Russell M. Carter 31yoa of Columbus, Ohio was subsequently arrested and charged with OVI, Speed, Failure to Reinstate, No Operators License and Driving under a License Forfeiture Suspension.

On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on a parking complaint. The complainant advised that a vehicle was parked right in the middle of the parking lot, which would prevent their patients from being able to park. Upon the officers arrival, the vehicle had already been moved.

On the above date and time,  an officer received a phone call from a resident who made a complaint against a person who was not welcome at their premises any longer. They advised they had allowed an adult male to shovel their driveway and the male returned wanting money in advance for the next snowfall. Contact was made with the other party and they were advised not to return to the residence.

Criminal Damaging

On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a criminal damaging incident. The reporting parting advised that their driver's side mirror appeared to be damaged and there appeared to be white paint on their car door. The reporting party also advised that  they were accosted in the store by an acquaintance. After checking the vehicle it was discovered that the mirror was not damaged and that there was not paint on the vehicle. The store manager witnessed the actions of the other party and requested the officer to make contact with the other individual and advise them they were no longer welcome at the location. Contact was made and a notice was given to the second party not to return to the location.
