Officer conducted a routine registration check
on a red Jeep that was parked at the listed location. Officer learned that the registration
returned to a 2001 silver Chevrolet pickup and that that another PCPD Officer
stopped the driver/vehicle on 06/22/2018 and gave a warning for the same
offense. Robert Ossing was subsequently
issued a citation for Failure to Transfer Registration (ORC 4549.08A3) and
released. His vehicle was towed to the
Plain City Impound Lot.

Alcott Drive in reference to an elderly man walking along the road using a

subject who advised that he was walking from his residence to the Country

Officer transported subject and his walker to the Country Closet. He advised that he would stay off of the
road when he walked to the Cheese House and that he would call a friend for a
ride back home. Officer then returned
to patrol.

Upon arrival with UCSO Deputy (back up) we located the female inside
the Shell Station. After checking

Subject was placed into custody and transported to Tri-County
