Officers were then contacted by Madison County deputies that stated they had
made contact with the son.

was then unable to locate the cat.

The driver was subsequently issued a citation Operating a Vehicle Outside of
Temporary Permit Restrictions. Both juveniles were cited for curfew
violations.

another verbal argument. The scene was deescalated and no one wished to
pursue with any charges. Officer determined everything to be fine.

theft in the past and thinks that this may be associated with it. Officer
referred her to the Attorney General's Office for assistance with Identity
Theft.

an assault. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant. He stated that a
male individual and himself were involved in a verbal altercation. This
escalated and became physical when the male pushed the complainant into the
front door, in an attempt to remove him from the residence. John also stated
that he felt threatened by Gary Brown because he yelled at him that he needed
to leave. After further investigation Officers placed Gary Brown under arrest
for Assault due to him attempting to cause physical harm.

laying in bed when she heard a noise outside her window. When she turned her
light on there was a loud crash directly outside her window. The next day she

Officer checked the area but other than the displaced items mentioned,
nothing unusual was observed. The caller requested extra patrol of the area.

had recently discovered a fraudulent charge on his bank debit card. He
advised he found a pending charge from Home Depot in the amount of $1746.11.
He found that the Home Depot was in Pennsylvania and reported that he did not
make this transaction and was still in possession of his card. He advised
that his credit card company advised him to file a Police Report on this
matter while they conducted an investigation.

able to locate the suspect. At this time no charges were to be filed on the
suspect, so all units returned to patrol.

location in reference to three juveniles that were standing on the ice on the
pond. Upon arrival to the area, Officer located three juveniles matching the
description given by the caller, leaving the area of the pond. Officer
stopped and spoke with them about the ice and advised them of the dangers of
walking on the ice and also what could happen if they fell through the ice.
After speaking with them they agreed that it was not a good idea. After
speaking with them Officer contacted their mothers, via phone, and advised
them of the incident.

that everything was okay. He opened up the bedroom door and was belligerent.
Officers were able to calm both of them down and warned for Disorderly
Conduct.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to
a domestic dispute. The complainant advised that the residents were arguing
again. Upon arrival, Officers could hear a male and a female yelling inside
the residence. Officers advised them several times to stop arguing and yelling.
When both would not stop arguing, Jeannie K. Chambers and Rasad S. Morrison
were placed into custody. Jeannie K. Chambers were charged with Persistent
Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing Official Business. Rasad S. Morrison was
charged with Persistent Disorderly Conduct.
