officer located Brandon K. Hensley, 30yoa of Columbus, Ohio at the listed
location. Having prior knowledge of warrants (confirmed) out of Columbus
Police Department for Domestic Violence and Assault, the listed party was
placed under arrest. The suspect became violent and began kicking the
windows and also banging his head against the windows. Once calmed down he
was transported to Get Go Gas Station in Dublin and released to a Franklin
County Deputy.

patient to the hospital. It was discovered later that the patient
did not survive.

On the listed date and time, officers responded to the listed
location in reference to three to four people walking through the back yard
and standing beside the residence's driveway. The caller advised dispatch
that when they turned on the exterior light the subjects took off running
east. The caller also advised it appeared to be teenagers. Upon arrival
the officers checked the area and didn't locate anyone. The officer met with
the caller to report the findings.

On the listed date and time, an officer was requested by the
Union County Sheriff's Office to back up a deputy at the listed location in
reference to an activated alarm. Upon arrival it was determined to be a home
owner error.
