reference to a parking complaint. Complainant stated that he has an agreement
with the owner of Mikes Pit Stop for his customers to park on the businesses
rear lot. The neighboring businesses employees have been parking on the lot
for extended periods of time. An employee of the listed location stated that
the new owner had no issues with employees parking on the lot. Officer
advised complainant of this and told him parking would need to be enforced by
that business owner or his employees. Officer then returned to patrol.

and Officer then returned to patrol.

suspicious male. Dispatch advised a male was sitting in the yard of the
listed location for over an hour, talking on the phone loudly. Upon my
arrival, Officer made contact with the subject. Subject apologized for
sitting on the wall and stated he was going home. After determining
everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol.

telecommunications harassment. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with complainant.
Complainant advised he had received phone calls advising complainant to stop
snapchatting/messing with their girlfriend. Complainant advised he hadn’t
done any of the things accused of and believed the callers had the wrong
number or were pranking him. Officer attempted to call the numbers back but
no voice mailbox systems were set up. Officer advised complainant to block the
numbers and advise PCPD the issue continues.

parking complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with employee of the business.
She advised me that a vehicle has been parked in the gravel lot (east side)
of the business for over two hours. Employee requested that Officer
make contact with vehicle owner and ask her to not park there in the future.
Officer went outside and the vehicle was gone. Officer advised employee of
this and she stated that she would get a hold of vehicle owner herself. Officer
then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the Ferguson Funeral Home in reference
to a non-injury crash on private property. Upon arrival, Officer met with
business owner and Jeremy Gray, vehicle driver. After further investigation
it was learned that Jeremy drove northbound across the parking lot as he did,
the top of his 1999 Ford F350 Box truck struck the edge of the roof covering
a portion of the parking lot. This caused damage to both sides of the soffit
and minor damage to the truck roof. Both parties exchanged insurance

loose dog complaint. The caller advised dispatch that the dog took off toward
Gay street. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller who advised that the
dog was a small white/light brown terrier mix. While speaking with the
caller, Officer observed the dog running back toward the Gay Street area.
Officer attempted to catch the dog without success. Officer then
returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched in the area of US 42 near 736 in
reference to a driving compliant. Dispatch advised they received a call of a
black Honda SUV swerving and at one point stopped in the roadway. Officer
observed the vehicle traveling southbound on US 42 near North Chillicothe St
and initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle. Vehicle driver showed no signs
of impairment and advised she stopped off the roadway because the car behind
her was tailgating her. Officer then returned to patrol.

driving complaint. Dispatch advised that the caller was behind a red Ford
F150 that was swerving and going slow speed prior to call. Officer observed
the vehicle fail to signal a right turn. Officer stopped the vehicle on the
lot of McDonald's. Upon speaking with the driver, Officer advised him why he
was stopped. Officer did not observe any signs of impairment or any odor of
an alcoholic beverage. Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer
returned to patrol.

Officer patrolled the area in order to verify his arrival at McDonalds.

Officer received a direct complaint of a white semi tractor
parked somewhere east of the intersection of S. Jefferson and SR161. Officer
attempted to make contact with the driver but the cab was empty. Officer then
drove to McDonalds in an attempt to find the driver but was unsuccessful.
Officer returned to the area where the semi tractor was parked and it was no
longer there. Officer then returned to patrol.

Caller advised Officer he does not want to pursue with charges if the
phone is returned. On 9/24/18 Officer met with the caller at his
residence. The caller was advised the Officer is unable to locate the phone
or a possible suspect. The caller advised he has replaced the cell
phone and reported the other one stolen to AT&T. Officer advised the
caller to contact PCPD if AT&T recovers the device later.

unaware the motorcycle was in her yard. Homeowner was advised to have subject
call Officer about the incident.

Police Department, complainant advised that she had located her wallet inside
her residence under the couch. Complainant advised that nothing was missing
from it.

she speaks with subject.

complainant. Complainant advised her son has visitation with his father
this weekend. Complainant advised her son was being punished for being on his
Xbox too long. He told his mother that part of the punishment was that his
father would not allow him to eat anything. Upon arrival at the
residence, Officer made contact with the father who already knew why Officer
was there. Father stated that he didn’t deprive his son of food as
mother stated. Officer thanked father for his time and returned to patrol.
Officer made contact with the mother a short time later and advised her of
his findings.

While on routine patrol, Officer observed a silver Chrysler Town
and Country van was blocking the sidewalk as it was parked in the driveway.
Officer made contact with homeowner and advised him of the situation.
Homeowner advised that the vehicle belonged to his father and homeowner
wanted Officer to speak with his father, who was not home. Homeowner
also moved the vehicle without incident. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a blue Ford
Ranger traveling northbound on US 42 near North Chillicothe Street. Officer
initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle
driver, Clinton Henry and his passenger. Officer then learned Clinton had two
active warrants out of the Union County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to
Appear on a Traffic Offenses and an active warrant out of Logan County
Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear on a No Fishing License Charge. Clinton
was transported to the Tri-County Jail where he was booked in on his active
warrants, No Valid, OL, Child Support Suspension, Failure to Reinstate and
Drug Paraphernalia. See case for further.
