Officer responded to listed location in reference to a non
injury hit skip. Caller stated that he saw two sedans (unsure make or color)
racing in reverse westbound on Cooper Lane when one of the vehicles went into
the yard and struck their work van causing minor damage to the rear bumper.
Both vehicles then left the scene heading back eastbound on Cooper Lane.
Caller stated that he believed the vehicles were driven by teenagers and loud
music was coming from the vehicles. He believed the vehicles came from a
residence on Cooper Lane but wasn't sure which one. Officer patrolled the
area thoroughly and could not locate the vehicles.

Officer responded to location in reference to a diesel fuel leak
at the listed location. This was due to an accident that took place south of
the village. Officer met with the driver who stated that he struck a dog
around the area of Jonathan Alder High School causing damage to the front end
of his 2013 Volvo semi truck and a fuel line to break loose. Diesel fuel was
heavily flowing from the truck into the sewer drain. Pleasant Valley Fire
Department arrived on scene shortly after and attempted to dry the fuel and
prevent it from flowing through the sewer lines. Village Administrator also
arrived on scene. EPA was notified and stated they would be out the following
day to clean the sewer lines. State Highway Patrol then arrived on scene for
the crash report.

Officer assisted the Union County Sheriff's Office with traffic
control on Middleburg-Plain City Road south of Unionville Center. Deputy was
handling a non-injury crash on a curve and the road was extremely icy. Cars
coming from the south to the north were unable to see him on the other side
of the curve due to the sharp curve and the trees/brush lining the roadway.
There were several near crashes with cars that had entered the curve and then
couldn't slow down for southbound traffic due to the icy conditions.

Officer responded to a domestic dispute in reference to
roommates that had been arguing for the last hour. Officer met with all
parties involved and learned that that they were arguing because the
girlfriend had went through her boyfriend's wallet and found out that he had
$100 that he did not tell her about. This made her mad and they argued. Both
parties denied any violence or threats. Officer spoke to both about their
relationship issues and advised them of possible consequences if they
continued to argue. All parties agreed to stay calm until the boyfriend left
for work.

Caller advised that her on again/ off again boyfriend was threatening suicide
via text message. Officers attempted to make contact with the boyfriend at
his residence, but no one was home. They later learned that the boyfriend was
at his mother's residence and had a Union County Deputy make contact with him
and confirm that he was okay.

towards the school. Upon arrival, officer checked the area, but was unable to
locate the vehicle or male subject.

Ball was arrested and charged with theft.

complaint. The caller advised that a red Honda had driven down Carriage Drive
at a very high rate of speed. This occurred at the time school busses were in
the area and children were walking. Officer located the vehicle and made
contact with the driver. Officer advised the driver of the possible consequences
if his driving habits continued.

reference to a driving complaint. The caller advised that maroon Lincoln had
driven erratically and tail gated them northbound on South Chillicothe
Street. Officer located the vehicle facing southbound on South Chillicothe
Street and made contact with the driver. Driver indicated that he had been in
a hurry to get to the bank before they closed to make a deposit. Driver was
warned about his aggressive driving and the possible consequences.

who advised that his car died, but that he had already contacted a tow
company. The tow company arrived a few minutes later.

taken to another facility. Officer determined everything to be okay.

fight between two or three people. Upon further investigation, Bill
Millington was arrested for Persistent Disorderly Conduct and two counts of
assault. He was later transported to Tri-County Jail.
Note: Officer met with witnesses and victims and collected photographs and statements. He also took possession of Bill's reading glasses that were left on the bar. 2/4/16 0507 hours I met with Rose Millington at Mike's Pit Stop and returned Bill's reading glasses to her. |

Officer was met at the Police Department by complainant who
reported that he had recently received his Verizon cellular phone bill. On it
he discovered that on an unknown person activated another phone line on his
account. The line was active until 01/8/2016 when it was deactivated. The
total bill for this line was $31.50. Caller did not authorize anyone to open
this line. He advised that he had contacted Verizon and they weren't sure how
someone had done this, but they felt it could have been done by an employee.
He requested a report to document the incident.

261. Upon officer's arrival he learned that several females inside the
location were upset and screaming causing the medics to be unable to treat
the patient. Upon entering the residence, officer observed several females
crying and arguing with each other. Officer then ordered all three females
into a separate room so the medics could treat patient for his injuries from
a fall.

a suspicious person. Dispatch advised that a male subject approached a
residence on Central Avenue and requested to look at their bills. The
homeowner reported that the subject was persistent before leaving on foot..
Officer located the subject and learned that they worked for Energy Source,
and did not know they needed a permit. Officer explained the possible
consequences of soliciting without a permit and how to obtain a valid permit.

Complainant stated that someone stole his clothes, sheets and towels from the
dryers inside of the location. Complainant advised that he moved his items
from the washer to the dryer sometime around 1645. He then left and went to
his residence. When he returned around 1830, all of his property was gone.
Incident under investigation.

drunk and knocked stuff off her microwave breaking several things. Caller
advised that things did not get physical and that the friend left upon
officer's arrival out a back window. Caller advised that the friend has not
lived there for a few months and that he lives up town. Caller did not want
to pursue the damage to her property and would call if the friend returns.
Officer checked the area in an attempt to locate the subjects without
success.

Officer located a stolen vehicle out of Columbus, Ohio and
conducted a felony stop with it. Four juveniles were found inside the
vehicle. The juvenile driver was charged with receiving stolen property,
driving without a license, and curfew. He was later transported to the
Central Ohio Youth Center. The remainder of the juveniles were charged with
curfew and released to their parents.

Officer received an anonymous report of a suspicious male
walking southbound on South Chillicothe Street nearing Plain City Elementary
School. The caller stated that the male was wearing all black and had a
hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled over their head. The caller stated
every time a car drove by, the male would turn and look the opposite way.
Officer searched the area several times and the cross streets nearby and
could not locate the male.
