and to not throw stones.

While responding, Officer observed a dark colored SUV traveling at a high
rate of speed. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the brown Nissan with an
Officer as backup. Upon further investigation, Britton Steiginga was placed
into custody for OVI, Speeding, Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle,
Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.
