911 follow up. Madison County Sheriff's Office advised that they had received
four 911 calls from a cell phone that was plotting in the listed location's
parking lot. Officer checked the area and located an employee who was working
with a crew repaving the parking lot. The employee verified that his phone
had called 911 while in his pocket and that everything was okay.

to a camper parked along an alley beside the listed address. She requested
the owner be advised to move the camper due to the alley being repaved in the

in reference to an animal complaint. An anonymous party advised the
individuals had two black bears in a trailer at the campsite. Upon arrival,
Officers made contact with the listed parties and stood by while the Ohio
Department of Agriculture checked the individual's permits for the animals.
The individual was advised that he would need to pack up his property and
remove the bears from the State or the bears would be seized. The individual
promptly packed up his property and left the area.

Business and Persistent Disorderly Conduct. Jennifer Nicholson was placed
into custody for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated and issued a citation
for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated (OVI), OVI Super Concentration and
No turn Signal.

allowed on their property. Officer made contact with the subject and she was
advised to no longer be at the residence or there would be Criminal Trespass
charges filed.

Officer observed a disabled vehicle at the listed location. The
vehicle was partially blocking the roadway. Officer notified Union County
Sheriff's Office of the vehicle and was requested to stop by and assist until
their deputy arrived on the scene. Upon arrival, Officer and driver were able
to get the vehicle off the roadway and wait until Union County Sheriff's
Deputy arrived on the scene. Officer stood by until presence was no longer
needed.

Officer observed an orange Volvo semi-tractor parked on the
listed street. The truck is not permitted to be parked on any street for
longer than 1-hour. Officer attempted to make contact with the driver/owner
of the semi but there was no answer at his home. Officer placed a parking
violation on the driver's door and advised another unit attempt to make
contact with the vehicle owner to notify him of the violation, remove the
semi and not park it or drive it on any streets that prohibit it.

returned with a note per BMV Deputy Registrar to seize license plates,
Officer explained to the individual the reasoning behind seizing the plates
and she understood. She was able to have her vehicle towed from the impound
lot with no issues.

to prevent any further incident.
