for driving under an Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated (OVI) Suspension
and No Valid Operator's License. Case pending.

two 911 hang up calls. Upon arrival, Officer observed a female standing
outside of the apartment yelling at the resident through the door. After
speaking with the involved parties, the female's mother agreed to take the
female home and to retrieve the rest of the female's property later.

reference to cattle in the roadway. Upon arrival, Officer stood by to make
sure the cattle didn't enter the roadway until the owner arrived a short time
later and was able to secure the animals.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
911 follow up. Madison County Sheriff's Office advised that they had received
four 911 calls from a cell phone that was plotting in the listed location's
parking lot. Officer checked the area and located an employee who was working
with a crew repaving the parking lot. The employee verified that his phone
had called 911 while in his pocket and that everything was okay.

Officer was on patrol and observed the passenger side door on a
white Chevrolet Express van open in the drive way of the residence. Officer
made contact with vehicle owner and advised him about the door. The owner
checked the van and found everything to check okay and secured the vehicle.

telecom harassment. Dispatch advised someone hacked the resident's Facebook
and was messaging rude comments to other people. Upon arrival, the resident
stated someone also changed her password and she could not log back in. The
resident was advised to contact Facebook and report that her account has been
hacked.

Officer was contacted by the Village Zoning Officer in regards
to a camper parked along an alley beside the listed address. She requested
the owner be advised to move the camper due to the alley being repaved in the
near future. Officer made contact with the camper owner who advised she would
move the camper off the alleyway as soon as possible.

Officers responded along with the Ohio Department of Agriculture
in reference to an animal complaint. An anonymous party advised the
individuals had two black bears in a trailer at the campsite. Upon arrival,
Officers made contact with the listed parties and stood by while the Ohio
Department of Agriculture checked the individual's permits for the animals.
The individual was advised that he would need to pack up his property and
remove the bears from the State or the bears would be seized. The individual
promptly packed up his property and left the area.

suicide threats. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the resident. After
speaking with the resident and his wife, the resident was transported to the
hospital voluntarily by Medic 261.

500 pound hog was in the road. Upon arrival, Officer searched the area but

female inside the vehicle engaged in a loud verbal dispute. Officer initiated
a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver and her
passenger. Dustin Nicholson was placed into custody for Obstructing Official
Business and Persistent Disorderly Conduct. Jennifer Nicholson was placed
into custody for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated and issued a citation
for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated (OVI), OVI Super Concentration and
No turn Signal.
