Refusal within 20 years. His vehicle was towed to the Plain City
Impound Lot.

with the driver, Jacob Patterson, and the vehicle owner/front seat passenger.
Officer found that Jacob had a confirmed warrant out of the Marysville
Police Department for Failure to Appear on a traffic offense. Jacob was
subsequently placed into custody for the warrant and issued a traffic
citation for Non-Compliance Suspension, License Forfeiture Suspension, No
Valid Operator License, and One Headlight-Two Headlights Required.
Officer issued the passenger/vehicle owner a verbal warning for
wrongful entrustment.
