11/12/2017	2:35 AM	Assist Other Agency	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	Officer was on patrol on Plain City Georgesville Road.  Officer observed a Madison County Sheriff’s  Deputy out with a vehicle at the listed location.  Upon determining everything to check okay Officer returned to patrol.

11/14/2017	12:14 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer observed a white Honda parked on the lot of the listed location. 11/14/2017	2:27 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Plumwood Ct.	Officer observed the trunk open on a Chevrolet Cruz.  Vehicle owner secured the vehicle.  Officer returned to patrol.
11/14/2017	9:07 AM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location on the report of a non-injury crash that occurred in the parking lot of the listed location. 11/16/2017	7:16 PM	Non-Injury Crash	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was dispatched to the US 42 near North Chillicothe St in reference to a non injury crash. Upon arrival, Officer met with the vehicle driver/owner who advised a deer had ran out in front of his vehicle causing him to strike it. A crash report was taken.
11/16/2017	12:09 PM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury crash.  Officer met with both subjects. The parties were both provided with the other's insurance information.

11/16/2017	10:31 PM	Domestic Violence - Misdemeanor	Converse Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Sherilyn Davis was placed into custody for Domestic Violence and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
11/16/2017	10:53 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Main St.	Union County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. Subject was given a warning for attempting to solicit money.	Marathon/Lovejoy Food Mart
11/16/2017	1:40 PM	Vandalism	West Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to possible vandalism complaint. Officer learned that the owner of the building that complainant’s business is located in had given subject permission to paint on the windows. Complainant was notified of this and Officer returned to patrol.
11/17/2017	6:20 AM	Assist Other Agency	SR 161 W	Officer was dispatched to the listed location.  Officer directed traffic until the Highway Patrol arrived on scene.  Officer returned to patrol once assistance was no longer needed.
11/17/2017	2:52 PM	Open Door	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was flagged down by a passerby on South Jefferson Avenue. Officer checked the interior of the business and deemed everything okay. Officer secure the doors them returned to patrol.	Smile Works Family Dentistry
11/17/2017	3:04 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to check the area of US 42 near Rickard Road for a possible injury crash. Officer helped control traffic until assistance was no longer needed.
11/17/2017	4:44 PM	Assist Other Agency	Mojave Cir.	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to respond to the listed location in reference to an active domestic violence. Officer returned to patrol once assistance was no longer needed.
11/17/2017	8:28 PM	Obstruction of Official Business	Willowbrook Ct.	Officers went to the listed location in reference to a warrant service on Jodi Williamson for Failure to Appear on a traffic offense.  Jodi was also charged with Obstructing Official Business.   She was transported to the police department for processing and later taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail and was released into their custody.
11/18/2017	3:10 PM	Solicitor	Maple St.	Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of Gay Street for a possible solicitor. Officer met with Christopher Nieves and Edward Turner. Both parties advised they were attempting to solicit business for PALMCO energy. Both parties were issued citations for Peddler/Solicitor.
11/19/2017	4:47 PM	Dead on Arrival	Stenner Ct.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a non breather. Officer spoke to caller upon arrival who advised her mother was not breathing. Medic 261 arrived shortly after and determined caller’s mother was deceased. After further investigation, it appeared subject passed from natural causes.
11/19/2017	12:09 AM	Domestic Violence - Misdemeanor	Madison Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officer met with Megan McDuffee and one male subject.  Megan McDuffee was subsequently placed in custody for Domestic Violence.  Megan was later transported to Tri-County Jail.
11/19/2017	12:27 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the area of W. Main St. and S. Chillicothe St. referencing a stray dog walking in the roadway.  Officer checked the area but was unable to locate the canine.
