11/1/2017	7:25 PM	Assist Other Agency	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	Officers responded to the intersection of Plain City-Georgesville Road and Converse-Huff Road in reference to a possible injury accident. Madison County Sheriff’s Office and Post 49 were tied up at the time and requested that Plain City Officers obtain the information on the vehicle/occupants.  The report was forwarded to the MCSO on this date.

11/1/2017	3:05 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Cooper Ln.	Officer was on patrol on Cooper Lane. Officer observed the interior lights on inside a Honda Odyssey in the driveway of the listed location. Vehicle owner thanked Officer for letting her know and turned off the lights. Officer returned to patrol.
11/2/2017	12:06 AM	Fire Support	Gay St.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to an injury from a fall. After a lengthy conversation with subject, she agreed to let the medics help her get her daughter to her vehicle. Officer’s returned to patrol once assistance was no longer needed.
11/2/2017	2:12 AM	Fire Support	Gay St.	Officers responded to the listed location along with the Pleasant Valley Fire Department in reference to an injury from a fall. At the request of Medic 261, Officers followed them to Dublin Methodist Hospital without incident.
11/3/2017	5:27 PM	Assist Other Agency	Lucas Pk.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location, by the Madison County Sheriff's Office, in reference to a domestic violence incident involving several people. Officer returned to patrol once assistance was no longer needed.

11/4/2017	9:18 PM	Assist Other Agency	SR 736	Officer was dispatched to the listed location to assist Union County Sheriff’s Office with a missing juvenile. Upon arrival, Officer was advised that the juvenile was at the residence and there was no need for assistance any longer.

William "Billy" Jones was placed under arrest for domestic violence and was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail and booked in on the above charge.

11/5/2017	12:14 AM	Suspicious Person	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the area of the walking path beside Plain Elementary School in reference a suspicious person.  Upon arrival, Officer did not locate anyone walking. 11/5/2017	1:05 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	West Ave.	Officer was on patrol on West Avenue when Officer observed the interior light on inside a vehicle in the driveway of the listed location. Officer made contact with homeowner/vehicle owner and advised him about the light. Subject thanked Officer for letting him know.

11/6/2017	5:47 PM	Assist Other Agency	SR 161 E	Officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office to respond to the listed location in reference to a possible Domestic Violence/ Suicidal Threats.  Officer returned to patrol once assistance was no longer needed.
11/6/2017	7:35 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	West South St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a civil standby. Officer stood by while subjects exchanged property, Officer returned to patrol.
11/6/2017	8:29 PM	Domestic Dispute	Gay St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the complainant.  Complainant’s sister agreed to stay with complainant for the night. All parties were advised to contact the Police Department if there were any further issues.
11/7/2017	7:23 PM	Assist Other Agency	SR 161 W	Officer received a call on station of a non-injury accident near Station 261. The complainant advised that it was a single vehicle vs deer. Officer stood by until Union County Sheriff’s Office Deputy arrived and then returned to patrol.
11/7/2017	8:01 PM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was on routine patrol on East Main Street when Officer observed a black Honda Accord driving erratic.  Officer made contact with vehicle driver and her passenger. Officer advised driver to slow down.	Pastime Park
11/10/2017	7:45 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	Gay St.	While investigating an unrelated incident at the listed location, Officer was advised by complainant of an outstanding bill for a subject. Case pending.	Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital
11/11/2017	4:08 PM	Traffic Stop	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a tan Chevy Malibu.  Officer made contact with vehicle operator, Taylor Salyer.  Taylor was subsequently issued a citation for driving under an OVI suspension and No Valid Operator License.  Taylor's vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Department impound lot.
11/11/2017	11:20 AM	Recovered/Found Property	Shepper Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference found property. Contact was made with complainant. The property was taken into evidence,  Officer then returned to patrol.
