Officer responded to a report of dogs defecating in the roadway
and on the business owner's property. Complainant identified a subject and
the dog. Officer spoke to the subject and was warned to keep the dogs on her
property and not to let them run loose. Officer picked the feces up out of
the roadway and discarded it.

bad check. Upon arrival Officer spoke with the complainant who received a
check on 09-08-2017 paying for gas. Complainant advised the account was
closed and did not have any funds. Contact was made with owner of account and
was advised to pay the outstanding charges. On 09-15-2017 complainant advised
Officer the outstanding balance and fees were paid.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a
juvenile compliant. The caller stated that several juveniles were being loud
in the parking lot just west of his residence. Upon arrival the Officer made
contact with the juvenile's in question. They apologized for the noise and
stated that they were waiting for the female subject's ride before they could
all leave. Officer made contact with each juvenile’s parents to advise them
of the complaint. The ride then arrived on scene and the three female
subjects left; the male subjects left as well.

of the Union County Sheriff’s Office, in reference to a suspicious vehicle.
Deputies had made contact with two subjects inside a grey Chevy Van, Michelle
Wright and William Garnett. Both parties had entered warrants for their
arrest and were placed into custody without issue

intersection of Lantern Lane and Carriage drive. I asked the vehicle owner to

driveway without any issues.

to locate a hit-skip vehicle that was traveling northbound on Plain
City-Georgesville Road. Officer made contact with WJPD's dispatch who advised

a missing juvenile. Complainant stated that she was unable to locate her 17
year old son and that her last contact with him was 9/16/17 in the afternoon.
While gathering information from complainant she received a call from her
son. Officer spoke with complainant’s son on the phone advising him to return
home. After the call, Officer advised complaint about the possibility of
filing unruly charges

Regional Jail where she was booked in on the above warrant.

a burglary in progress. Officer made contact with subject who stated he had
permission from homeowner to remove the scrap material from the home. At that
time the son of the owner arrived and stated that subject had permission to
be at that address and to remove the material.

Facebook. Officer attempted to make contact with subject at her last known
address but was advised that subject no longer lived there. Officer made
contact with subject's boyfriend, via phone. He advised that they were in the
process of contacting the Columbus Police Department if subject did not go to
the hospital to be evaluated.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a dark blue
Ford Focus. Officer learned that the vehicle owner, Jaylynn S. Cahill
currently had a warrant out of Union Co. Sheriff's Office for a Failure to
Appear for a Probation Violation and also was currently under suspension.
Officer initiated a traffic stop Officer and placed Mr. Cahill into
custody. He was subsequently cited for OVI/Court Suspension, Twelve-Point
Suspension , No Valid Operator’s License, and given a warning for Driving the
Wrong Way. Union County Deputy arrived on scene and transported Mr. Cahill to
Tri-County Regional Jail. Subject's vehicle was impounded and taken to the
Plain City Police Dept. Impound lot. During the impound inventory, marijuana
was located in the glove box of Mr. Cahill's vehicle. Mr. Cahill is also
charged with Possession of a Marijuana. His license plates were seized and
sent to the BMV.

Officer was on patrol on West Main Street when he observed a
brown Labrador Retriever walking east along the sidewalk alone. Officer did
have prior knowledge that one had wandered away from a residence earlier in
the shift and was able to make contact with the dog’s owner by phone. Owner
retrieve his dog and was advised of the consequences of dogs running loose.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a grey Mercury
Villager. The registration returned to Douglas Criner, a suspended driver.
The vehicle registration was also expired. Douglas was issued a traffic
citation for driving on a Non Compliance Suspension , No Valid Operator
License, and Child Support Suspension. Subject also received a verbal warning
for expired registration. The vehicle was towed to the Plain City
Police Department Impound lot.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location to assist Madison
County Sheriff's Office in finding a suspicious person walking along US RT 42
near Jonathan Alder High School. Officer checked the area and was unable to
locate the person.

Officer was dispatched to the area in front of the listed
location in reference to a road hazard. Dispatch advised a small dark vehicle
was traveling in front of the listed location knocking down orange cones.
Officer searched the area but could not locate the vehicle, but observed
several cones that had been knocked down. Officer met with the caller who
stated she followed them down several streets in her neighborhood before the
vehicle left out of town south bound on Plain City- Georgesville Road. Once
the vehicle left the area she contacted the police. Officer explained to the
caller the safety concerns with her following the vehicle. I then picked up
the cones and returned to patrol.

noise complaint. While driving towards the residence Officer could hear loud
music. Officer made contact with resident owner and advised him that there
was a complaint about his music being so loud. He was warned to turn down his
music to avoid being cited via the noise ordinance. He complied.
