Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to several suspicious people. Officer located Dangelo T. Simmons, Antonio L. Scott, Robert Dawson Jr., Antwan M. Johnson, and Roshawn A. Hairston at several houses near North Avenue. Upon making contact with them, they advised they did not have a permit, and admitted they were attempting to obtain customers for Pomco and Santana Energy. All parties were issued citations for Peddler/Solicitor and advised of their court date.

Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to check in the area of US 42 near SR 736 for a disabled vehicle. Officer assisted with traffic control until the vehicle was pulled off of the roadway and was no longer needed.

Bismark was placed into custody without incident. Officer transported Bismark to Tri-County Jail where he was released to their custody.

Officer was on patrol on Dickens Lane when he observed the passenger side door on a vehicle was open in the driveway of the residence. Officer made contact with the resident and advised him about the door. Resident then checked the vehicle and found everything to check okay.
