10/21/2017	6:42 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Smucker Ln.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to an animal complaint. The caller stated that while walking her neighbor’s dog she dropped the leash and it ran away. Upon arrival, Officer learned that the dog had returned.

10/21/2017	4:28 PM	Solicitor	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to several suspicious people. Officer located Dangelo T. Simmons, Antonio L. Scott, Robert Dawson Jr., Antwan M. Johnson, and Roshawn A. Hairston at several houses near North Avenue. Upon making contact with them, they advised they did not have a permit, and admitted they were attempting to obtain customers for Pomco and Santana Energy. 10/21/2017	12:14 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officer responded to the area of US 42 and Industrial Parkway at the request of the Union County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a vehicle search. Once Officer's assistance was no longer necessary he returned to patrol.

10/23/2017	4:12 PM	Traffic Stop	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check. Officer made contact with the owner/operator of the vehicle, Jerricha Holcomb-Tippett. Jerricha was subsequently issued a citation for Noncompliance Suspension and No Valid Operator's License. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot.
10/24/2017	10:33 PM	Assist Other Agency	Hagenderfer Rd.	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to attempt contact with the residence. Officer made contact with residence and provided him with Union County Sheriff's Office contact information for report purposes. Officer returned to patrol once assistance was no longer needed.

10/26/2017	4:36 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with subject, Jill Gates who had a confirmed misdemeanor warrant out of the Marysville Police Department for theft. Jill was placed into custody and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail and booked in on the above warrant.
10/26/2017	3:19 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff’s Office to check in the area of US 42 near SR 736 for a disabled vehicle. Officer assisted with traffic control until the vehicle was pulled off of the roadway and was no longer needed.
10/27/2017	3:57 PM	CIT Incident	South Jefferson Ave.	While at the stated location Officer was approached by a subject. Officer requested a Medic come to the scene and check subject out. Medics determined that he should be transported to the hospital for further observation/evaluation. A CIT report will be completed.	Plain City Lanes

10/30/2017	3:20 PM	Recovered/Found Property	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was met on station by a subject stating he found an identification card. Officer contacted the Columbus Police Department to do a message delivery to the card owner and was provided a telephone number to reach card owner.
10/31/2017	11:08 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Jackson St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an animal complaint. Caller was concerned about the well being of the canine. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the owner of canine. Officer observed no indications the canine is being neglected.
10/31/2017	12:00 AM	Missing Juvenile	Willow Creek Dr.	Officer was flagged down by a group of kids near Willow Creek Drive and Cooper Lane and advised Officer of a lost child. Upon locating the mother, she advised her son had been located.

10/31/2017	12:43 AM	Warrant - Felony	South Chillicothe St.	Officer conducted a felony stop on the vehicle. Officer made contact with subject, Bismark Baah who had a felony warrant out of Pennsylvania for a Parole Violation. Bismark was placed into custody without incident. Officer transported Bismark to Tri-County Jail where he was released to their custody.
10/31/2017	3:50 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Dickens Ln.	Officer was on patrol on Dickens Lane when he observed the passenger side door on a vehicle was open in the driveway of the residence. Officer made contact with the resident and advised him about the door. Resident then checked the vehicle and found everything to check okay.
10/31/2017	7:08 AM	Threatened Suicide	West South St.	Officers responded to the listed location regarding threats of self-harm being made via social media. Subject's husband agreed to take subject to hospital to be evaluated. After ensuring that they were leaving the house and heading to the hospital, Officers returned to patrol.
10/31/2017	3:05 PM	Hunting Complaint	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	Officer was met on station by Complainant. Complainant advised that he has signs of someone hunting on his property and had not given permission to anyone.  Complainant asked Officer to locate subject and advise them that they do not have permission to hunt on Complainant’s property.
10/31/2017	7:00 PM	Missing Juvenile	Willow Creek Dr.	Officer was flagged down by Pleasant Valley Fire Department personnel and advised that he was with a lost child. While trying to obtain information about the child he located his group of friends.
