subject began yelling at her. Officer made contact with the male
subject via phone because male subject had left the scene. Male subject
declined to give a statement regarding dispute.

Officer was dispatched to the intersection of S. Jefferson Ave.
and W. Main St. referencing a non-injury two car crash involving a white
Mercedes and a white Honda. Officer made contact with both parties who
advised that a semi truck turned southbound onto S. Jefferson Ave, from W.
Main St.. Subject from white Mercedes was asked to back up by the truck
driver and subsequently struck the white Honda. Subject of white Mercedes was
cited for Starting and Backing and Juvenile Offender.

Officer observed a vehicle traveling northbound on US 42 near
North Chillicothe Street. The vehicle appeared to be traveling above the
posted speed limit of 50 mph Officer checked the vehicle speed using laser
and registered the vehicle speed at 62 mph. Officer initiated a traffic stop
with the vehicle. Filadelfo Lopez Bautista and Elberia Perez were
issued citations for Open Container. Gabriel Cruz Bautista, the driver,
was issued a citation for No Valid Operator License. The above parties
were taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail and booked in on the above charges
The above parties were placed on a 48 hour hold per ICE.

261 with a well being check. Upon arrival Officers made contact with
subject’s nephew who advised he has knocked several times, but subject has
not answered the door. While Medic’s where attending to make entry into
the home, subject answered the door. After deeming everything
okay Officers returned to patrol.

Avenue in reference to a dog that had been struck by a car. Upon arrival,
Officer made contact with the driver who advised that a dog ran into the
roadway and that she braked and tried to avoid striking the dog, but could
not avoid contact. The owner of the dog was on the scene and stated she
let the dog out the back door and it ran into the street. Officer learned the
dog will be ok.

followed it southbound. Officer did not observe any moving violations while
behind the vehicle. Officer made contact with driver and advised him
about the driving complaint. Officer determined everything to be fine and
returned to patrol.

civil standby. The complainant stated subject was coming to the residence to
get some property and didn't feel safe when subject came over. Upon
arrival Officer met complainant, but the subject had already left.
Complainant requested that Officer make contact with subject and advise her
to only contact complainant pertaining to subject's son. Officer met
with subject and advised her that her actions could be viewed as disorderly
conduct, especially in the presence of children. Subject was also advised not
to contact complainant unless it pertained to her son.

Officers were dispatched to the intersection of S. Jefferson
Ave. and West Ave. in reference to an injury crash. Officer made contact with
Steven W. Wilson that was operating a blue 2010 Freightliner Semi.
Officer also made contact with subject operating a Chrysler
Sebring, subject operating a silver Mazda 3 and subject operating a tan GMC
Envoy. Subject of Sebring signaled to turn left into a Shell gas
station. All vehicles then slowed down and were able to come to a
complete stop however; Steven then struck the rear vehicle of the Mazda 3,
causing all other vehicles to strike one another. Steven Wilson was
subsequently cited for Assured Clear Distance Ahead.

doors. Officers canvassed the area and were unable to locate the subject.

Officer observed a maroon Honda Pilot traveling northbound on
Jefferson Avenue near the Plain City Lanes. The vehicle did not have any
headlights on as it was on the roadway. Officer initiated a traffic
stop with the vehicle. Officer made contact with the driver, Jacob
Picklesimer, and advised him why he was being stopped. Officer
observed a slight smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle. Officer
searched the vehicle and located the marijuana, marijuana residue and drug
paraphernalia. Jacob was subsequently issued a summons for
Possession of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia, with regards to all the items
found in the vehicle and a warning for the headlight violation.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to
a possible domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officers observed a family
portrait cut up with fresh blood all over it. Officers could hear an argument
going on inside the residence. Officers knocked at the door for several
minutes before making contact with male subject. Male subject advised
he and his wife are arguing. Both subjects denied that there was any physical
contact. Male subject denied medical assistance. Officers spoke with male
subject and gave him a warning for disorderly conduct. Both parties were
advised to stay in separate rooms for the remainder of the night.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a blue Honda
Accord traveling Westbound on West Main Street near 525 West Main Street.
Officer learned that the registered owner, Zackary Appelfeller’s license had
multiple suspensions. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and
made contact with the driver/owner, Zackary Appelfeller. Zackary was issued a
citation for No Valid Operator License, OVI Suspension and a Non
Compliance Suspension. Officer advised Zackary the vehicle was being
impounded due to the OVI suspension. During the administrative inventory,
Officer located a yellow and blue glass pipe with burnt marijuana residue in
the chamber inside of the glove box. Zackary was issued a criminal summons
for Possession of Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia. Zackary’s vehicle was
towed to the Plain City Police Department impound lot by American Towing.

trespass papers to subject of one of the apartments. Complainant
advised she wanted to make contact with female subject and advise her that a
male subject is not allowed on the property. Officer and complainant made
contact with female subject and advised her that male subject was not allowed
on complainant’s property. Male subject was not personally served with
the trespass order due to him not being at the residence. Female subject
advised male subject has not returned to her residence since he was last
arrested.

reference to a harassment complaint. Complainant stated that for several
months his neighbor had been harassing both him and his wife. Complainant
stated that he wants neighbor to have no further contact with him or his
family. Later that night Officer spoke with the neighbor and was advised to
no longer have any contact with the complainant or his family and the
possible consequences if the harassment continued.

to a driving complaint. While responding to an alarm drop, Union County
Sheriff’s Office Deputy stated that he observed a silver Honda go left of
center multiple times on SR 161 west of the Village limits. Officer located
the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop on East Main Street near North Ave.
Officer made contact with the driver and warned him for Marked Lanes and
returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a
hit/skip non-injury private property crash. Officer made contact with
complainant. Complainant stated that she was sitting in the driver’s
seat of her vehicle when her vehicle was struck by a Red Toyota Tacoma being
operated by a male subject. She advised that it struck her vehicle then
pulled out. She then attempted to make contact with the subject by honking
her horn multiple times. She stated also that he came to a stop; however,
when she exited her vehicle to speak with him, he pulled off the lot quickly.
Officer identified the male subject via license plate and video surveillance
of the lot. Officer located male subject and advised him of the
incident. He stated that he did not believe that he struck a vehicle nor did
he remember anyone trying to contact him. Officer advised male subject that
he could be charged for leaving the scene of the accident and to pay more
attention to his surroundings.

light illuminating the back yard to the listed location. Officer made contact
with complainant. Complainant advised the zoning office had advised him to

partially illuminate his house and backyard. Officer advised homeowner to
make contact with the zoning office at his convenience and advise them a report
was taken for this incident.

Officer observed a white GMC Envoy traveling eastbound on West
Main Street at Guy Street. The vehicle's passenger side headlight was out.
Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with
Michael Greer and a male subject, who were advised of the reason for the
stop. Officer requested a K9 Unit respond to the scene for a sniff of the
vehicle. The K9 alerted to the passenger side of the vehicle. A probable
cause search was completed on the vehicle, but no narcotics were located.
Officer located a silver flask wedged between the passenger seat and center
console. Michael admitted that it was his and that it contained Jack Daniels
liquor. Michael was subsequently issued a summons for Open Container and
released. He was given a warning for the headlight violation.
