suspicious circumstances. Officer later made contact with the caller, who
advised that she was fine, but had been involved in a domestic violence incident
with her boyfriend while at his house in Amity. She was encouraged to contact
the Madison County Sheriff's Office, where the incident occurred, to file a
report due to the nature of the incident.

Officer received a call on station in reference to the caller's
neighbors playing music loudly outside their residence. Upon arrival, Officer
made contact with involved parties and advised them of the complaint and
informed them of the noise ordinance in the Village of Plain City. They
apologized for the disturbance and put the music equipment away.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to
a theft in progress. Dispatch advised that a male subject stole a cell phone
from the business and left his two passengers inside. Upon arrival, Officers
met with the involved parties. James Hickman was placed into custody for an
entered warrant out of the Madison County Municipal Court for a Probation
Violation.

where a woman was screaming for the police. Upon arrival, Officer located the
female subject and summoned the medic to the scene to assess her, to which
she refused treatment. They advised that they could not force her to go to

health.

Officer was met at the Police Department by the complainant and
her son. The son advised he was playing when he was met by an elderly woman
who told him he should come over and play with another child sometime. Officer
later made contact with a resident and asked if she had spoken to a boy. She
advised she may have thought the boy was her grandson and tried talking to
him. She advised it wouldn’t occur again.

inactive verbal dispute. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the callers who
advised a male subject had been residing with their neighbor and that it was
a violation of the lease. Officer advised the parties that this was a
civil issue between them and their landlord. Officer advised if he criminally
trespasses by the property owners an Officer could intervene otherwise it
remains civil.

discovered that property was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked in

Officer received a call of a possible neglect situation
involving her step-daughter, which was occurring at the listed location.
Officer and a representative of Union County Department of Job and Family
Services made contact with the resident and learned that she was diabetic and
had absolutely no food inside the residence. Medic 261 come to the scene and
determined that she needed to be transported to the hospital for further
evaluation.

stolen vehicle. Officer made contact with the vehicle owner, the vehicle was
entered as a stolen vehicle.

Officer was met on station by a resident. She advised that she
received a text message stating that her bank account was frozen for security
purposes. It told her to call 614-358-1797 to reactivate the account. When
she called this number a recording prompted her to enter her social security
number. She did this and then realized that this may a scam so she called her
bank. Her bank advised her that it was a scam and issued her a new
account and advised her to monitor her credit report for possible fraud. She
contacted the credit reporting bureau as well.

Suspensions and No Valid Operator's License.
