sedan. Officer initiated a traffic stop. Officer made contact with Matthew
Bugg and the vehicle passenger/vehicle owner. Matthew was issued a
traffic citation for No Valid Operator License, Non Compliance Suspension,
and Reckless Operation. Matthew was issued a criminal summons for Failure to
Comply. Vehicle was towed to PCPD impound lot.

subsequently cited for Peddler/Solicitor. Officer also advised them of
the proper procedure to obtain a permit, before returning to patrol.
