A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle with expired registration. Upon approach, the officer observed an open container of alcohol. While getting the open container of alcohol, the officer observed several baggies with a white powder residue. The driver was put through field sobriety tests and it was determined that she was not impaired. Subsequently, Cassie Sloan, 39, of Marysville, was issued citations for No OL, OVI Suspension and charged with Open Container. Additional charges are possible pending lab analysis.
