Officer responded on a report of subjects loading material from a construction site into a truck. After further investigation, it was confirmed they had permission to take the material.

Officer responded on a report of a light pole at the intersection of Darby Station Blvd and Freight Line Way that had been hit. The owner of the pole did not want to pursue with any charges.

Officer responded to a non-injury crash between two vehicles on South Jefferson Ave. Subsequently, Stefan Bridges, 43, of Plain City, was issued a citation for Assured Clear Distance Ahead, Non-Compliance/FRA and No OL. One vehicle was towed from the scene.

Officer responded to an alarm drop, made contact with an employee and was advised it was accidental.

Cocaine/Crack

West Main St.

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle with expired registration. Upon approach, the officer observed an open container of alcohol. While getting the open container of alcohol, the officer observed several baggies with a white powder residue. The driver was put through field sobriety tests and it was determined that she was not impaired. Subsequently, Cassie Sloan, 39, of Marysville, was issued citations for No OL, OVI Suspension and charged with Open Container. Additional charges are possible pending lab analysis.
