8/29/2019 7:05 PM Animal Complaint - Other North Chillicothe St. Officer met with PC Parks Director in reference to a subject who wouldn't keep his canine on a leash. Officer then met with the subject.  Officer advised subject of the complaint and advised him that his canine must be on leash at all times while in public. Subject apologized and would keep it on a leash. Officer then returned to patrol. Pastime Park Approved
8/29/2019 3:13 AM Suspicious Person/Vehicle North Chillicothe St. Officer was on patrol when Officer observed a suspicious person/vehicle near the basketball courts at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with all parties.  All parties were advised of the park hours and left the area. After determining everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol. 8/28/2019 7:42 PM 911 Follow-up South Jefferson Ave. Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911-follow up. Officer checked the interior of the listed location,  all patrons and employees advised they did not call 911. Officer checked the exterior of the parking lot and did not see anything out of the ordinary. Officer then returned to patrol. McDonald's Returned
8/28/2019 7:30 AM Breaking and Entering West Main St. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a breaking and entering complaint. Upon arrival, I met with the caller who advised that he had just discovered that an unknown person had entered after hours and had stolen a cash drawer. For more information see case and media file. Police Report Recap - 08/27/2019

8/27/2019 9:49 PM Non-Injury Crash East Main St. Officer responded to the area of East Main Street and South Chillicothe Street in reference to a non-injury crash. Upon arrival, Officer learned that Sean Donovan was traveling westbound on East Main Street in a blue Hyundai.  Sean's vehicle struck the passenger side of a Tan Ford Crown Victoria which was already in the southbound turn lane. Sean was issued a citation for Reasonable Control and his vehicle was secured at the scene. Sean stated that he would change the flat tire the following day and move the vehicle. Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
8/27/2019 7:03 PM Telecom Harassment Willowbrook Ct. Officer responded  to the listed location in reference to an harassment complaint. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller who stated that his ex-girlfriend was sending him constant text messages in reference to their son. Caller requested Officer make contact with ex-girlfriend and advise her to not contact him further unless it is directly about their son and to keep the conversation civil. Officer then made contact with the ex-girlfriend, at her residence. Officer advised the ex-girlfriend of the complaint. Ex-girlfriend stated that she had not texted caller unless it was about her son and stated that in the future she would remain more civil. After answering several of ex-girlfriend's custody questions, Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
8/27/2019 4:20 PM Disabled Vehicle North Chillicothe St. Officer observed a vehicle on the lot of Bob's Better repair that was sitting partially in the roadway. Officer observed that the vehicle was unoccupied, blocking part of the southbound lane. Due to the heavy rain Officer provided traffic control until the rain subsided. Officer then made contact with the vehicle driver who was inside the business. Driver advised Officer that the vehicle has a fuel problem and will not run. Officer then returned to the vehicle and found it was leaking diesel on the pavement. Officer requested dispatch to have fire personnel respond to the scene. upon the arrival of Engine 261, they put floor dry down to soak up the fuel. Officer stood by on scene and assisted the tow company with traffic control to get the vehicle loaded. Officer later returned to patrol. Bob's Better Repair Approved
8/27/2019 3:34 PM Well-being Check East Main St. Officer was dispatched to the area of the Frontier Building on East Main Street in reference to a male slumped over in the seat of a silver pickup truck. Upon arrival, Officer located the vehicle and made contact with the driver and only vehicle occupant. Driver advised Officer he was okay, he just needed to stop and rest for a few minutes before continuing on. Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.   Approved

8/26/2019 5:06 PM 911 Follow-up East Main St. Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic violence incident. Dispatch advised they received a 911 call and heard arguing coming from the background. Upon arrival, Officers met with the homeowner who advised she did not call and was the only one home. Officers then went to several neighboring residents and could not locate the caller. Dispatch attempted to call the number back, but the phone was turned off. After not being able to locate the caller, Officers then returned to patrol.   Pending

8/26/2019 12:14 AM DOC North Ave. Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a neighbor dispute. Complainant stated that after Officers cleared the previous call for a noise complaint, Chaz Stanley came outside and began to argue with complainant. Officer made contact with Chaz and advised him of the complaint. Officer warned Chaz for Disorderly Conduct and advised him of the consequences if his actions continued. Chaz stated that he would go inside and remain quiet for the rest of the night. As soon as Chaz entered the apartment Officer could hear him yelling profanity from several feet away. Several neighbors also stated that they could hear Chaz yelling inside the apartment. Officer then made contact with Chaz and advised him that he would be charged with Disorderly Conduct. Officer advised Chaz to stay inside his apartment and not to cause any further disturbance until Officer finished his summons. While typing the summons Officer could hear Chaz yelling inside his apartment from inside Officer's cruiser. Several neighboring apartment residents came outside to see what was causing the noise. Officer then made contact with Chaz and placed him into custody for Persistent Disorderly Conduct. Officer transported Chaz to Tri-County Regional Jail where he was released into their custody. Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
