8/23/2019 10:20 PM Trespasser South Jefferson Ave. Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a trespasser. Upon arrival, we made contact with complainant. Complainant advised her husband was yelling at her and telling her that he was ready to leave for a planned trip to  even though her shift was not over. Complainant was upset and stated that she wanted her husband to be trespassed from McDonald's and no longer be allowed on the premises of the business. Officers made contact with complainant's husband and advised him he could no longer be on the premises. Officer then returned to patrol. McDonald's Pending
8/23/2019 1:52 PM Well-being Check West South St. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well being check.  Caller stated he missed his appointment was concerned.  Upon arrival, Officer spoke with subject who advised he was fine he just didn't feel like going today and would call to reschedule. Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
8/23/2019 12:53 AM Assist Other Agency Friend St. On the stated date and time Officer was met on station by OSP Trooper in reference to a BAC test.  Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer  then returned to patrol. Plain City Police Department Pending
8/24/2019 11:42 PM Threatened Suicide Maple Ct. Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible suicide threat. An employee with a suicide hotline stated that he was speaking with a female subject who stated she stated that she was contemplating suicide but did not give any specific means. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with female subject and her mother.  After determining female subject was not a danger to herself, Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
8/24/2019 6:40 PM Well-being Check Smucker Ln. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well-being check. Officer made contact with subject who advised she was fine and just missed the phone call from a family member. Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
8/24/2019 10:47 AM Non-Injury Crash East Second Ave. Officer dispatched to a noninjury crash on East Second at the no name alley. Upon arrival, Officer met with Summer Allison driver of a blue 2014 Toyota Corolla and the driver of a red 2012 Chevrolet Cruz.  Officer learned that the driver of the Cruz was east bound on East Second when she stuck a southbound blue Toyota Corolla that failed to yield at the intersection.  Officer later issued Summer a citation for Failure to Yield PC Ord.#331.21A . Officer then returned to patrol.  Both vehicles were driven from the scene.   Pending
8/25/2019 11:29 PM Loud Noise/Disturbance North Ave. Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic dispute. The caller stated that she could hear several subjects yelling inside the residence. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with all parties.  All parties stated that there was no dispute. One male subject (who was visibly intoxicated) continued to talk extremely loud while standing outside his apartment. Male subject stated that they would all remain inside the residence for the rest of the night and stay quiet. Officers then returned to patrol.   Pending
8/25/2019 10:48 PM Assist Other Agency Perry Pk. Officer responded to the listed location on behalf of the Madison County Sheriff's Office in reference to suspicious circumstances. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
8/25/2019 3:37 PM Trespasser Lafayette-Plain City Rd. Officer were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a terminated employee not leaving the business. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with Edgewater manager who advised that she had fired an employee earlier in the day and that the employee had only left minutes before Officers arriving on scene. The mananger advised she would like the employee to be warned against trespassing on the business property and that she needed to return a key that belonged to the business. Officer met with employee at the Shell station and advised employee that she was not to trespass at Edgewater. Employee was unable to locate the business key and was advised to contact the police department if she finds it. Officers then returned to patrol. Edgewater Place Assisted Living Pending
8/25/2019 1:39 PM Miscellaneous - Unclassified Foster St. On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible misuse of a credit card. Upon arrival,  Officer met with the caller. The caller was unable to provide Officer specific charges that were not hers.  Officer advised the caller she would need to get a clear statement and mark which charges she did not do. Officer  then returned to patrol.   Pending
8/25/2019 11:56 AM Assist Other Agency Lambka Rd. Officer responded to the listed location at the request of the Union County Sheriff's Office in reference to an alarm drop. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
8/25/2019 4:14 AM 911 Unknown Willowbend Cir. Officer responded to the area of Willowbend Circle, in reference to a 911 unknown. Dispatch stated that they received a call from a 911 only phone. A male subject stated that he dialed the wrong number and then hung up the phone. Dispatch was unable to call the number back. Upon arrival. Officer checked the area but was unable to locate anything out of the ordinary. Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
8/25/2019 2:30 AM Assist Other Agency US Rt. 42 N  On the stated date and time while on patrol, Officer observed a State Trooper on a traffic stop on US 42 just north of North Chillicothe Street. Trooper requested Officer observe as Trooper read the BMV 2255 to his prisoner.   Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
