A short time later, the vehicle pulled into a business and stopped. After further investigation, a 16-year-old male, was arrested and charged with Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of a Peace Officer, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, and numerous traffic violations. He was transported to Central Ohio Youth Center.

Contact was made with the driver, and a strong odor of alcohol was detected. Subsequently, Ryan McDermott, 46, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with OVI. He was also cited for Stop Sign, Failure to Signal and Reckless Driving. He refused to submit to a breath sample. He was released to a responsible party.
