Officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on a vehicle with no headlights. The vehicle failed to stop and a pursuit ensued. A short time later, the vehicle pulled into a business and stopped. After further investigation, a 16-year-old male, was arrested and charged with Failure to Comply with Order or Signal of a Peace Officer, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, and numerous traffic violations. He was transported to Central Ohio Youth Center.
