complaint. Officer met with the business owner who advised that when she
arrived to work this morning she noticed that her trash dumpster was nearly
full. She found that it belonged to a male individual. Officer contacted with
the individual who later stated that he would contact the business and make
arrangements to get the trash out. He apologized for the inconvenience. Upon
follow up the business owner confirmed that the issue had been resolved.

neighbors across the street but no one recalled seeing or hearing anything

gas in the area of the listed location. Officer patrolled the area several
times and was unable to determine where the odor was coming from, but
requested Station 261 respond to the scene. A short time later, Engine 261
and other pieces of equipment arrived on the scene. They were unable to
detect/locate the odor and determined everything to be fine.

the dog some water. She advised that they had only been there a short time,
that she had checked on the dog several times and that they were getting
ready to leave. Officer determined everything to be fine.

City Police Department made contact with the male subject's parents at their
residence and were advised the male had moved out of the residence and they
have no way of contacting him.

at the north entrance on the listed location. Upon driving by Officer noticed
two subjects inside of the vehicle. Officer made contact with the subjects,
who stated they pulled over to talk. Officer advised them the park was closed
and they could not stay. Officer learned the subject's license was suspended
and the subjects were transported to their residence.
