juveniles and their mothers, explained the incident and of the possible
consequences of sending such messages and bullying in general.

harassing calls that were possibly scam related. Upon arrival, Officer met
with the residents who advised that over the last week they have received
several calls from a man that says he works for the State Department of
Health and wants to verify personal information. The calls have come in from
several different telephone numbers. He also stated that he wanted the Police
Department to be aware of the incident in the event that other citizen's receive
this call. Officer advised to contact the Ohio Attorney General's Office
Consumer Fraud Division.

The juveniles were warned not to throw the Frisbee across busy streets, and
to not go on someone else’s property. The parents of the juveniles were all

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to
an intoxicated individual causing problems. Upon arrival, Officer made
contact with the individual who advised that he yelled at a pickup truck that
sped out of the apartment parking lot which caused other residents to think
he was yelling at them. Officer advised all parties to conduct themselves in
a quiet manner and be considerate of their neighbors.

intoxicated person who was throwing things inside the apartment. Upon
arrival, Officer met with the residents and advised that mixing alcohol with
emotions was not a good combination. She was also advised to go to bed for
the night, which she agreed to do. Officer gave a warning for her actions.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to
a domestic violence incident. After further investigation, it was learned the
incident occurred in Madison County outside of Plain City Jurisdiction.
Officer contacted Madison County Sheriff's Office and advised them of the
situation. Officers stood by until Madison County Sheriff's Office Deputy
arrived and took control of the scene.
