Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the callers who stated he had multiple items taken from his property. After investigation, property was later returned to the property owner.

5/15/2017	8:55 PM	Telecom Harassment	Friend St.	Officer was met at the Police Department in reference to telecommunications harassment. The complainant advised he accidently dialed a number and later received a call from the number telling him to stop calling it. Officer advised to ignore calls or block the number if there are further issues.	Plain City Police Department
5/15/2017	9:47 PM	Disabled Vehicle	South Chillicothe St.	Officer observed a grey Chevy Malibu with its hazard lights activated. Officer spoke with the vehicle owner/driver who advised her car wasn’t running properly. Officer provided guidance to a nearby parking lot. The owner advised she didn't need any further assistance and thanked the Officer.
5/15/2017	5:51 AM	Driving Complaint	East Main St.	Officer responded to the listed area in reference to a driving complaint. The caller stated that a white truck was traveling at a high rate of speed and weaving in and out of traffic. Officer located a white Dodge van and initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle. Officer made contact with the driver and advised him of the complaint and the registration violations. Officer issued a verbal warning for the expired registration and advised him to follow all traffic laws.
5/16/2017	7:20 PM	911 Follow-up	Dogwood Ct.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow up. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller who advised she accidently hit the emergency button on the phone. She advised everything was okay and she didn’t need any assistance. Officer contacted the caller's mother and advised her of the situation.
5/16/2017	12:39 AM	911 Unknown	Bellepoint Rd.	Officer responded to the listed location at the request of the Union County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a 911 unknown. Upon arrival, with Union County Sheriff's Deputy we determined the call was accidental.

The caller advised that someone had parked a blue Nissan Sentra in front of his residence for approximately 10 days.  Officer was later able to contact the vehicle owner who had the vehicle towed.
5/16/2017	4:30 PM	Assist Other Agency	Friend St.	Officer was met at the Police Department in reference to being breath tested for an at work crash. The individual completed the breath test and was advised of the test results. The results were forwarded to the individual's supervisor.	Plain City Police Department
5/16/2017	4:45 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	North Ave.	Officer was contacted via phone. The caller advised that she was concerned about her granddaughter who lives in Plain City with her mother. Officer advised that her concerns would be relayed to the Union County Department of Jobs and Family Services.
5/16/2017	5:47 PM	Barking Dog	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a barking dog complaint. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the resident and advised her of the complaint. Officer advised to try and keep the barking dog under control as best she could. She was advised of the possible consequences if it were to continue.
5/17/2017	9:25 PM	Assist Other Agency	Converse-Chapel Rd.	Officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to the listed location in reference to a suicide threat. Upon arrival, the resident was asleep inside the residence. He stated he did not want to harm himself, and stated he was just upset and tired. Officer relayed the information to the Madison County Sheriff's Office.
5/17/2017	5:21 PM	Message Delivery	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was requested by the Dublin Police Department to deliver a message. Officer made contact with the resident and advised him to contact the Dublin Police per their request.
5/17/2017	1:59 PM	Telecom Harassment	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a telephone harassment. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller. She advised that she had received numerous text messages and phone calls from her ex-boyfriend. Per the caller's request, Officer made contact with the ex-boyfriend via phone and advised him not to contact nor harass the caller and her sister.
5/17/2017	4:48 PM	Driving Complaint	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a road rage incident. Officer made contact with both drivers and advised them of the possible hazards and consequences of their behavior and also advised that a copy of the incident report would be forwarded to the Madison County Sheriff's Office to review.
5/18/2017	1:12 PM	Missing Juvenile	Jackson St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a missing juvenile. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with juvenile's mother's boyfriend who advised that he had not seen her in about two weeks. Officer relayed the information to Franklin County Department of Jobs and Family Services.
5/18/2017	3:46 PM	Well-being Check	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location to check the welfare of a juvenile. Officer made contact with the mother and juvenile at their residence. Officer contacted Union County Department of Jobs and Family Services and advised them of the findings.
5/18/2017	5:50 PM	Assist Other Agency	Carlisle Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unruly juvenile. Upon arrival, Officer located in front of the listed location. 5/19/2017	2:06 PM	911 Follow-up	West Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow up. Officer made contact with the caller who advised it was an accidental dial and that she didn’t need assistance. Officer deemed everything fine.

5/19/2017	10:59 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Willowbend Cir.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a possible trespasser. Officer checked the area and was unable to locate any suspects. Officer advised that he would check the area periodically throughout the night.
5/19/2017	6:50 AM	Vehicle Fire	West Bigelow Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the rear of the listed location on the report of a garbage truck fire. Upon arrival, Officer located a Rumpke garbage truck that had flames coming out the top of it. The garbage inside the truck caught fire by unknown means. She advised she had applied for a job on Indeed.com and that the possible employer had contacted her about the position. She advised she was no longer interested in the position but the employer had sent her a Western Union Money Order. Officer advised to return the mail to sender if she didn’t want the position and to beware of applying for possible fraudulent jobs.	Plain City Police Department

The caller advised that they were behind a white Toyota Corolla that was "all over the road". Officer located the vehicle and driver. After speaking with the driver, who did not appear to be intoxicated or impaired in any way, Officer advised of the complain and returned to patrol.

5/21/2017	3:49 PM	Other Dispute	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a dispute. Officer made contact with the involved parties. Once all parties were calm, Officer advised one of the parties to have their van removed from the property by the end of the next day to which the parties agreed upon. All parties were advised to contact the police if any other issues arose.

Upon arrival with back up, Officer made contact with individual. The individual agreed to be transported to the hospital by Medic 261 to be evaluated.	Daily Needs Assistance

Upon arrival, Officer located the male who stated he was trying to find a male that was submerged in the water. Pleasant Valley Fire Department searched the creek, but did not observe anything out of the ordinary.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the individual at the listed location and delivered the message. Officer relayed the information to Union County Sheriff's Officer.
