Hall was placed into custody for a felony warrant out of Midland Texas Sheriff’s Department for probation violation on a Dangerous Drug Offense with full extradition.
6/5/2017	6:57 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a red Dodge Intrepid. Douglas Dingus was placed into custody for misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear on traffic violations out of Grove City Police Department and Columbus Police Department. Douglas Dingus was issued a citation for Security Suspension, Non Compliance Suspension and No Valid Operator’s License.

Officer checked the area for an older model black Ford F-150 but was unable to locate the vehicle. Officer advised the caller to contact law enforcement if she saw the vehicle in the future.

Upon arrival, Officers checked the area but were unable to locate anything out of the ordinary. After speaking with several employees Officers returned to patrol.

Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the involved parties. Once both parties were calm there would be no further issues and they were going to bed. Officer determined everything to be fine.

He advised that he and his wife received three calls from (301) 307-1727 claiming to be the IRS. Officer confirmed that this was a scam and that he should not call the number back. Officer also cautioned not to give any personal information to anyone over the phone.

6/8/2017	5:54 PM	911 Follow-up	Noteman Rd.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 Follow-up. Upon arrival, Officer met with an individual and his father. He stated that he stopped the phone from calling 911, but it must have gone through. He advised that everything was fine.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the residents, who were playing music outside of their apartment and speaking loudly. After speaking with them, they agreed to turn the music down and advised they would remain quite the rest of the night. Officer determined everything to be fine.

Upon arrival, Officer located the son, then made contact with the mother. After speaking with all parties involved, the son agreed to go back to his residence for the night and to not argue.

6/9/2017	1:48 AM	Suspicious Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was on patrol and noticed a suspicious vehicle parked at the entrance of the listed location. Officer checked the vehicle, a silver Pontiac sedan. Officer was unable to make contact with the vehicle and later noticed the vehicle was gone.	Cohesion Paper/Buckeye Forklift

6/9/2017	6:31 PM	Road Hazard	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a road hazard. Upon arrival, Officer located a large silver dump truck with its hazard lights on. Upon speaking with the driver, Officer learned the tail gate to the vehicle fell off and was in the middle of the roadway. Officer helped pick up the tail gate and secure it in the truck bed.

He advised that he observed a suspicious person standing on the street corner in front of his house. Officer advised the resident on the dangers of inviting strangers into the residence, explained the importance of his safety and to contact the Police Department if the person returned.
6/9/2017	7:29 PM	Suspicious Person	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller. She advised she was getting dressed in her living room when an individual walked by and "glanced" towards her door. Officer met with the individual who denied the incident. Officer advised the caller to contact the Police Department in the event of any future issues.
6/9/2017	9:25 PM	Juvenile	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a juvenile complaint. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the juveniles. While speaking with the juveniles, the neighbor came out of his house yelling and cursing at the juveniles for being on his yard. The neighbor was given a warning for his language and advised on how to handle the situation better. The juveniles were warned not to throw the Frisbee across busy streets, and to not go on someone else’s property. The parents of the juveniles were all advised of the situation.

6/10/2017	12:29 PM	Unruly	Friend St.	Officer was met at the Police Department by a resident who advised her daughter was acting up and disobeying her. Officer had a conversation with the daughter and advised her to listen to her mother. The daughter advised she would listen to her mom from now on.	Plain City Police Department
6/10/2017	10:27 PM	Driving Complaint	SR 161 E	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a driving complaint. The complainant stated that a white Buick SUV was driving outside of its lane and hitting the brakes frequently. Officer located the vehicle and made contact with the driver. After investigation, Officer determined the vehicle was not impaired and advised him to be more cautious when driving.

Michael Wampler was placed into custody for the warrant out of Madison County Sheriff's Officer for Failure to Appear on a traffic violation.
6/10/2017	8:23 AM	Animal Complaint - Other	Madison Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loose canine. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller, who had a black lab in her yard. A short time later the canine was picked up by its owner, who was given a warning for Dogs Running at Large.

6/10/2017	4:31 PM	Trespasser	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible trespasser. Officer contacted the homeowner, checked the exterior of the residence and patrolled the area but was unable to find a suspect matching the description.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the individual who advised that he yelled at a pickup truck that sped out of the apartment parking lot which caused other residents to think he was yelling at them. Officer advised all parties to conduct themselves in a quiet manner and be considerate of their neighbors.

Upon arrival, Officer met with the residents and advised that mixing alcohol with emotions was not a good combination. She was also advised to go to bed for the night, which she agreed to do. Officer gave a warning for her actions.

6/11/2017	7:45 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 S	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic violence incident. After further investigation, it was learned the incident occurred in Madison County outside of Plain City Jurisdiction. Officer contacted Madison County Sheriff's Office and advised them of the situation. Officers stood by until Madison County Sheriff's Office Deputy arrived and took control of the scene.
