5/8/2017	8:06 AM	Telecom Harassment	Maple Ct.	Officer was met on station by a resident. She advised that her daughter was being harassed on social media by another juvenile. After further investigation, Officer advised the mother to closely monitor her daughter's social media accounts and to contact the Police Department if there were any further issues.  Officer made contact with other juveniles and their mothers, explained the incident and of the possible consequences of sending such messages and bullying in general.
5/8/2017	12:40 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Murlay Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to harassing calls that were possibly scam related. Upon arrival, Officer met with the residents who advised that over the last week they have received several calls from a man that says he works for the State Department of Health and wants to verify personal information. The calls have come in from several different telephone numbers. He also stated that he wanted the Police Department to be aware of the incident in the event that other citizen's receive this call. Officer advised to contact the Ohio Attorney General's Office Consumer Fraud Division.
5/8/2017	1:40 PM	Suspicious Person	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, Officer checked the area but could not locate the man. Officer spoke with three employees and no-one knew if the man left on foot or in a vehicle.	McDonald's
5/8/2017	9:35 PM	Traffic Stop	West Main St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a tan Chevrolet Impala. John Robeson was issued a citation for No Valid Operator's License and Non Compliance Suspension.
5/8/2017	4:20 AM	Juvenile	North Mechanic St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a juvenile complaint. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the callers. They stated that while waiting inside the residence for the caller’s grandmother to arrive they observed a juvenile riding a bike on their street. Officer checked the surrounding area but was unable to locate the girl. Officer advised the caller’s grandmother of the incident.
5/9/2017	6:31 PM	Suspicious Person	North Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. Officer met with the resident at his residence and advised him not to use profanity around children. The individual said he was sorry and he wouldn’t do it again.	Pastime Park
5/9/2017	8:42 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	South Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to an animal complaint. Upon arrival, Officer could hear an animal in distress coming from the back yard of the residence. Officer made contact with the resident then walked to the back yard where a feline had been caught in a leg trap. The resident freed the feline from the trap. Officer contacted the Madison County Game Warden and advised him of the situation.
5/9/2017	6:40 PM	Neighbor Dispute	North Ave.	Officer received a direct complaint from a resident. She advised she was in a verbal dispute with her neighbor. Officer spoke with the neighbor who advised he had not been in a verbal dispute with the caller. Officer advised both parties to contact the Police Department if they had further issues.
5/9/2017	5:05 PM	Marijuana	Willowbrook Ct.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The complainant stated that there was grey Lexus parked in a guest parking spot. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with vehicle occupants, Jonathan Lumpkin was issued a summons for Possession of Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia. All other occupants were released from the scene.
5/9/2017	2:15 AM	Drug Paraphernalia	South Chillicothe St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a white Chevrolet Cruz. Dylan Fields was issued a traffic citation for Expired Tags and a criminal citation for Drug Paraphernalia.
5/9/2017	1:37 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer observed the gate to the listed location unlocked. Officer patrolled the area and found a green Ford Fusion and made contact with the vehicle owner/operator. 5/9/2017	7:03 PM	Well-being Check	North Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a well-being check. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the resident. The resident advised he was feeling a lot better. Officer deemed everything to be fine.
5/10/2017	4:22 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	Jackson St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to loud music. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the resident and advised him of the complaint and of the possible consequences of playing loud music.
5/10/2017	4:31 PM	Behavioral Health	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a disoriented man driving a black Ford truck. Upon investigation, Officer was advised that the driver suffers from dementia and his wife later arrived on scene.	NAPA Auto Parts
5/11/2017	7:35 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	Jackson St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location to attempt to locate a missing juvenile out of the Trotwood Police Department. Upon arrival, Officer met with the resident who advised that he hadn't seen the juvenile in a few weeks and also advised that his roommate was her mother. After investigation, Ronald Johnson was placed into custody for a warrant out of the Hilliard Police Department for Contempt of Court. Officer followed up with the juvenile's mother on possible whereabouts of the juvenile.
5/11/2017	4:19 PM	CIT Incident	North Chillicothe St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a pink slip. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the resident who agreed to go to the hospital to be checked out. Officer transported him to the hospital where he was released into their care.

Officer advised him not to have any further contact with the caller. Officer determined everything to be fine.

Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller and her son and spoke to the juvenile about his behavior. The juvenile advised he would control his anger better and find better ways to handle his emotions.

Officer attempted to make contact with the vehicle owner but was unsuccessful. Officer left a note advising her of the violation and to contact the Police Department if she had any questions. Upon follow-up, the vehicle was moved off of the roadway.

5/12/2017	4:37 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	Lantern Ln.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible theft. Upon arrival, the caller advised she had a package delivered that was damaged and was missing some contents.

5/12/2017	7:28 PM	Underage Consumption/Possession	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an intoxicated unwanted guest. After further investigation, Officer learned guest was intoxicated prior to her arrival at the listed location. The guest was transported to the hospital and her mother was advised. All guardians were advised of the incident.
5/13/2017	10:44 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	North Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible neighbor dispute. After speaking with the caller, Officer advised that the wind possibly blew the grass onto the stairway prior to arrival. Officer deemed everything fine.
5/13/2017	10:18 PM	Message Delivery	East First Ave.	Officer was requested by Union County Sheriff's Deputy to conduct a message delivery at the listed location. Officer made contact with the vehicle owner's father, and advised him of the request. He stated that he had contacted the towing company. Officer relayed the information to the Deputy.

Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the involved parties and was advised the incident occurred a few weeks prior and had been handled at that time. Officer advised the callers to obtain factual information before reporting a crime.

5/14/2017	1:33 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	West Main St.	Officer observed the rear hatch on a Honda Pilot and made contact with a family member of the vehicle owner, and advised him of the incident. He secured it and Officer returned to patrol.

Boysel III was issued a citation for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated, OVI Super Concentration and Failure to Control. Andrew Stahl and Roby Wholaver were cited for Offenses Involving Underage Persons.
5/14/2017	2:10 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	East West Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference a verbal dispute. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the involved parties. Roby Wholaver was subsequently cited for three counts of Drug Paraphernalia. All parties were advised to stay in separate parts of the home to avoid any more issues.
5/14/2017	5:44 PM	Other Dispute	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a dispute where a male was threatening to kill a female. After interviewing all parties Officer determined that there was no threat of death. All parties involved were advised to not yell insults as they could lead to serious consequences.	Darby Apartments
