Officer was met on station by a resident. She advised that her
daughter was being harassed on social media by another juvenile. After
further investigation, Officer advised the mother to closely monitor her
daughter's social media accounts and to contact the Police Department if
there were any further issues. Officer made contact with other
juveniles and their mothers, explained the incident and of the possible
consequences of sending such messages and bullying in general.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to
harassing calls that were possibly scam related. Upon arrival, Officer met
with the residents who advised that over the last week they have received
several calls from a man that says he works for the State Department of
Health and wants to verify personal information. The calls have come in from
several different telephone numbers. He also stated that he wanted the Police
Department to be aware of the incident in the event that other citizen's receive
this call. Officer advised to contact the Ohio Attorney General's Office
Consumer Fraud Division.

suspicious person. Upon arrival, Officer checked the area but could not
locate the man. Officer spoke with three employees and no-one knew if the man
left on foot or in a vehicle.

juvenile complaint. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the callers. They
stated that while waiting inside the residence for the caller’s grandmother
to arrive they observed a juvenile riding a bike on their street. Officer
checked the surrounding area but was unable to locate the girl. Officer
advised the caller’s grandmother of the incident.

animal complaint. Upon arrival, Officer could hear an animal in distress
coming from the back yard of the residence. Officer made contact with the
resident then walked to the back yard where a feline had been caught in a leg
trap. The resident freed the feline from the trap. Officer contacted the
Madison County Game Warden and advised him of the situation.

Officer received a direct complaint from a resident. She advised
she was in a verbal dispute with her neighbor. Officer spoke with the
neighbor who advised he had not been in a verbal dispute with the caller.
Officer advised both parties to contact the Police Department if they had
further issues.

suspicious vehicle. The complainant stated that there was grey Lexus parked
in a guest parking spot. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with vehicle
occupants, Jonathan Lumpkin was issued a summons for Possession of Drugs and
Drug Paraphernalia. All other occupants were released from the scene.

locate a missing juvenile out of the Trotwood Police Department. Upon
arrival, Officer met with the resident who advised that he hadn't seen the
juvenile in a few weeks and also advised that his roommate was her mother.
After investigation, Ronald Johnson was placed into custody for a warrant out
of the Hilliard Police Department for Contempt of Court. Officer followed up
with the juvenile's mother on possible whereabouts of the juvenile.
