theft. Upon arrival Officers met with caller who advised that his wallet was
missing. He returned to the listed location and spoke to the manager, who
advised that an employee had found his wallet. The caller advised that when
he checked his wallet, approximately $60 was missing. Officer viewed
surveillance video but was not able to make out his wallet or detect any
suspicious activity in the area during those times.

Officer conducted a routine registration check and learned that
Joshua Maynard, the registered owner of a 2005 Chevy Colorado, was under
multiple open suspensions. Officer initiated a stop and made contact with
Joshua Maynard who was issued a citation for Driving Under Suspension and
Failure to Reinstate. Joshua Maynard is also being charged with Possession of
Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Officer was flagged down by a passerby on West Avenue and was
advised that there was a dog tied to a telephone pole in front of the listed
location and no one was around. Upon arrival, Officer located dog owner
standing outside of her residence. A few minutes later, Officer arrived at
Plain City Animal Hospital and spoke with several employees who advised that
someone just dropped off the dog in question, with its tie-out. The dog owner
arrived and picked it up. She thanked the Officer for assisting her in locating
the dog. Officer determined everything to be fine.

telecom harassment. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the caller, who
stated she is being contact by her niece. Officer then contacted the niece
who stated she has not been calling. The niece was advised of the possible
consequences if she were to call. Officer then relayed this information to caller.

Oldsmobile sitting at the listed location. Upon making contact with the
driver, Officer learned she got into an argument with her boyfriend and was

Officer observed an orange Mitsubishi Eclipse traveling
northbound. Officer recognized the vehicle as one that had been reported as
stolen through Columbus Police. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the
vehicle. After further investigation another detective had advised to
remove the vehicle as a stolen vehicle due to the title being transferred in
July. Officer explained everything to the driver and released the vehicle
back to him. Officer determined everything to be fine.

girlfriend, had taken a knife from him and gave it to another individual.

an unruly juvenile complaint. Officers spoke with the involved parties. The
father stated that he was upset about the juvenile not following the rules.

parents rules while living with them. Once all parties were calm, Officers
returned to patrol.

her mother to call her back. Officer deemed everything to be fine.

been throwing trash in his yard and that it’s an ongoing issue. Officers met

warned of the possible consequences if his actions were to continue. They
stated that they understood.

placed under arrest for Drug Abuse Instruments and also cited for No
Operator's License.

consumed any alcohol and allowed Officer to check the vehicle.

not able to locate the vehicle in question. After assistance was no longer
needed, Officer returned to patrol.

Office on a suspicious person complaint at the listed location. The caller
advised dispatch that a man attempted to jump the fence leading into the
storage sheds. Union County Sheriff's Sergeant and Officer patrolled the area
but were unable to locate the suspect.

Police Department and obtained a housing voucher. The male was also given a
box lunch from St. Joseph Catholic Church, then transported to the American
Inn.

Officer was flagged down by complainant. He advised that
everyday there is a boy in the neighborhood that runs with a large black dog.
He was concerned because the dog was never on a leash. Officer made contact
with dog owner and advised him of the complaint. He advised that his son
takes the dog for a run around the neighborhood but that the dog is trained
and wears a shock collar. Officer advised that it was required that the dog
be under control at all times and of the possible consequences if there were
issues with the dog. Officer also reminded him to police any dog excrement
from his dog when out in the neighborhood.

morning. Officer told him that he needed to address visitation with their
child through his attorney and through the courts. The male advised that he
would leave and not bother the employee any further.

was white with black/brown spots.

in the same spot for approximately 24 hours. Upon arrival Officer made
contact with involved parties and with both juvenile's parents. Both stated
that their daughters had permission to be at the location and that they had
not been there overnight. Officer determined everything checked okay.
