to find female juvenile and her father in the nearby parking lot. Officer
spoke with the involved parties and an employee at the listed location. The
female juvenile was subsequently charged for Disorderly Conduct and released
to her mother.

males walking around the neighborhood and they thought they were soliciting.
Upon arrival, Officer located subjects matching the description and initiated
a traffic stop with a grey Chevrolet Malibu. Officer made contact with males
and advised them of the complaint and learned that they were not soliciting.
Officer determined everything to be fine.

suspicious vehicle, The complainant advised that a white Crown Vic pulled
into his driveway. Subjects exited the vehicle and walked toward the
retention pond, west of the residence. They were gone a few minutes, then
came back to the vehicle and left the scene. Officer patrolled the area, but
was unable to locate a vehicle matching that description.

Ram. Officer learned that the registered owner was under suspension. The
vehicle then changed lanes twice failing to signal. Officer initiated a
traffic stop with the vehicle. Reuben Stutzman, who was subsequently
issued a citation for No Operators License and two Non Compliance
Suspensions. He was verbally warned for Failure to Signal and Expired
Registration.

Officers responded to the listed area in reference to a possible
Domestic incident. Upon arrival, Officers could hear yelling and screaming
coming from the back yard. Officers walked to the back yard and advised Shawn
Writesel to calm down and to stop yelling. Shawn Writesel then became very
hostile towards a female subject, witnesses and the Officers. Shawn was
advised he was under arrest for disorderly conduct when he began actively
resisting arrest. Shawn was transported to Tri-County Jail on two counts of
Assault on a Police Officer. Additional charges for Disorderly Conduct,
Obstructing Official Business Resisting arrest are pending.

residences. Upon arrival Officers observed the vehicle, a black GMC SUV and

suicide threats. Upon arrival Officer met with the caller, who advised that
her husband had made threats and she felt that he may harm himself. Officer
arrived at the residence and stood by for the husband. When he arrived he
confirmed that he was almost out of medication. Medic 261 was dispatched to
the scene and later transported him to the hospital for evaluation.

further investigation, Officers met with the driver a short time later; who
advised that she was unaware she struck anything. Insurance information was
exchanged for both parties.

The caller stated that a male assaulted a female in front of the apartment.
The male took off running towards the downtown area as they were calling the
police. Upon arrival Officers made contact with the involved party, she
stated that her ex-boyfriend, was knocking on her door. She stated she did
not want to see him and did not answer the door. She stated she was not
harmed by him in any way. Officers also did not observe any visible injuries
and she declined medical attention.

Officer was dispatched to a reported kidnapping. The caller
advised that a male had taken off with her 12 year-old daughter in a maroon
Nissan van. Officer located the vehicle and upon the vehicle coming to a stop
the daughter exited the vehicle and saying she was fine. Officer issued the
male juvenile a citation for no Operator's License and released him and the
vehicle to his father. The father was advised that a curfew Charge and
possible Contributing Charge would be filed.

failure to pay. Dispatch advised a green Chevrolet SUV got twelve dollars
worth of gas and did not pay. Dispatch made contact with the driver, who advised

everything to be fine.

canine inside a 2002 tan Chevrolet Silverado. The canine showed no signs of
distress and it was cool outside. Officers made contact with the owner, and
he advised that he would bring the canine inside for the night. Officers
determined everything to be fine.

the complainant about the trailers.

animal complaint. The caller stated that he witnessed his neighbor lift his
dog and throw it back to the ground. Upon arrival Officer checked the dog but
was unable to locate any injuries. The dog also had access to food and water.
While speaking with the neighbors mother, he returned home and the Officer
advised of the complaint. He stated that the only time he lifted the dog was
when it was wrapped around the leash. Officer advised that due to the
complaint and the dog not being registered a copy of the incident report will
be forwarded to the Union County Dog Warden.

time later and the vehicle was gone.

violation.

3 juveniles stood in the street and threw eggs at his residence, striking the
front porch area and a window about the garage. The complainant was able to
wash the egg from the residence but wanted the police department to know
about the incident.

recently discovered that her ATM card was missing and that someone had made
two unauthorized transactions totaling approximately $180. A case is pending
