Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 unknown.  Upon arrival Officer could not locate anyone at the listed location. Officer made contact with several residences near the listed location, but did not observe anything out of the ordinary.

Officer was flagged down by a person who advised it sounded like there was a fight going on at the listed location. Officers arrived on scene to find female juvenile and her father in the nearby parking lot. Officer spoke with the involved parties and an employee at the listed location. The female juvenile was subsequently charged for Disorderly Conduct and released to her mother.

Officer observed the right rear sliding door to a Dodge Grand Caravan open. Officer made contact with the vehicle owner, who advised everything was okay. Officer determined everything to check okay.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a theft complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant. She advised that several items of jewelry were missing from the residence. Investigation pending.

Officer received an anonymous call that there were two white males walking around the neighborhood and they thought they were soliciting. Upon arrival, Officer located subjects matching the description and initiated a traffic stop with a grey Chevrolet Malibu. Officer made contact with males and advised them of the complaint and learned that they were not soliciting. Officer determined everything to be fine.

Suspicious Person/Vehicle

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle, The complainant advised that a white Crown Vic pulled into his driveway. Subjects exited the vehicle and walked toward the retention pond, west of the residence. They were gone a few minutes, then came back to the vehicle and left the scene. Officer patrolled the area, but was unable to locate a vehicle matching that description.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a loud noise complaint. Upon arrival Officer heard loud music coming from the garage at the listed location. Officer made contact with the home owner and asked him to turn the music down he complied with no issues.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a Silver Dodge Ram. Officer learned that the registered owner was under suspension. The vehicle then changed lanes twice failing to signal. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle.  Reuben Stutzman, who was subsequently issued a citation for No Operators License and two Non Compliance Suspensions. He was verbally warned for Failure to Signal and Expired Registration.

Officers responded to the listed area in reference to a possible Domestic incident. Upon arrival, Officers could hear yelling and screaming coming from the back yard. Officers walked to the back yard and advised Shawn Writesel to calm down and to stop yelling. Shawn Writesel then became very hostile towards a female subject, witnesses and the Officers. Shawn was advised he was under arrest for disorderly conduct when he began actively resisting arrest. Shawn was transported to Tri-County Jail on two counts of Assault on a Police Officer. Additional charges for Disorderly Conduct, Obstructing Official Business Resisting arrest are pending.

Officers were dispatched to the listed area in reference to a suspicious vehicle that was parked along the field behind some of the residences. Upon arrival Officers observed the vehicle, a black GMC SUV and made contact with driver/owner who was conducting maintenance work on some of the residences. Officers determined everything was okay.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to suicide threats. Upon arrival Officer met with the caller, who advised that her husband had made threats and she felt that he may harm himself. Officer arrived at the residence and stood by for the husband. When he arrived he confirmed that he was almost out of medication. Medic 261 was dispatched to the scene and later transported him to the hospital for evaluation.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a theft complaint. Upon arrival, Officers met with the caller who stated that she had a wooden ottoman stolen from her rear patio. She did not know exactly when it was stolen.  Officers walked through the complex and were unable to locate it.

Officers were dispatched to the listed intersection in reference to a juvenile complaint. Upon arrival Officers located the juveniles, who stated they thought it would be fun to chase a vehicle as she drove away. Officer advised of the possible consequences if their actions continued. Officers later contacted the juvenile's parents about the incident.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury hit skip accident. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the vehicle owner who stated he was sitting in his vehicle when a female in a dark colored car hit his vehicle while backing out of a parking spot. Upon further investigation, Officers met with the driver a short time later; who advised that she was unaware she struck anything. Insurance information was exchanged for both parties.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a civil standby. The caller requested a civil standby at the residence while she retrieved property from her estranged husband. Upon arrival she loaded the property without incident and left the area.

Upon arrival Officer spoke with the victim's grandmother, who advised that someone had called her grandson's phone asking for "Free Hugs". Officer advised both the grandmother and grandson if it happened again to call the police department.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a found syringe. Upon arrival Officer spoke with the caller, who advised he had found a syringe in front of the listed location. Officer recovered the syringe which was filled with an unknown substance and disposed of the syringe with no issues.

Christopher Hansen was subsequently issued a citation for No Valid Operator’s License, Failure to Reinstate and License Forfeiture Suspension.

Officers made contact with two juvenile females that were out past curfew in front of the listed location. They advised that they were walking to Mike's Pit Stop from one of the juvenile's residence. Officers advised the parents of the curfew laws. One of the parents arrived a few minutes later and picked up the juveniles.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a loud noise complaint. Upon arrival Officer spoke with the caller, who advised her neighbor was being very loud causing her not to be able to sleep. Officer spoke with the neighbor who was intoxicated and sitting on his porch who said he would go inside for the rest of the night to avoid any problems.

Officers responded to a domestic dispute at the listed location. The caller stated that a male assaulted a female in front of the apartment. The male took off running towards the downtown area as they were calling the police. Upon arrival Officers made contact with the involved party, she stated that her ex-boyfriend, was knocking on her door. She stated she did not want to see him and did not answer the door. She stated she was not harmed by him in any way. Officers also did not observe any visible injuries and she declined medical attention.

Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a sexual assault. Officer spoke with the victim who advised the alleged assault occurred just over a year ago. Investigation pending.
