Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
tree that had fallen down blocking the alley way. Upon arrival there was a
large tree limb that had fallen and caused minor damage to a vehicle as well
as blocking the alley way. Officer then contacted the street department who
blocked off the roadway until the debris is removed.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
failure to pay. Upon arrival, Officer met with business owner. She advised
that a white Buick SUV and a female exited the vehicle and pumped gas. The
female and vehicle left a few minutes later with no payment records and no
transaction. After investigation, Officer made contact with the driver and
let her know her credit card payment for her fuel was not processed and she
needed to go speak with business owner about it. The business owner later
advised that the fuel was paid for in full without incident.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a well
being check. Officer received a call at the police department, that there may
have been a domestic violence incident between a juvenile and his mother
earlier in the day. Upon arrival Officers spoke with the mother who advised
they had gotten into an altercation the night before. Officers then advised
the juvenile that he needed to obey his mother and not violate his probation.

Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a
driving complaint. Upon arrival, Officer located a blue Volvo stopped near
the construction barricade with its emergency flashers on. Officer was able
to get the vehicle to stop and made contact with the driver. Officer
requested Union County Sheriff's Office have a unit meet due to the
circumstances surrounding the incident. A short time later, the Deputy
arrived on the scene and the Officer's presence was no longer needed.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a theft
complaint. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the caller. She stated that
sometime earlier in the day someone had taken two of her grills from behind
the dumpsters at the listed location. An individual stated that he witnessed
an unknown male subject in a red truck take the grills earlier in the day
through his window. After speaking with the caller further Officer documented
the incident and returned to patrol.

Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a
suspicious person complaint. Upon arrival Officers made contact with the
caller. She stated that she had granted the subject permission to stay at the
listed location because he had been kicked out of his residence. She stated
that she later learned that he had been banned from the property adjacent to
the listed location and was concerned with him staying at the church. Officer
then made contact with the caller and the subject inside the listed location.
The caller stated that she had found another location for the subject to stay
at for the week. Once both individuals left the listed location Officers
returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
well-being check. Dispatch advised that they received a call from the
juvenile court. The court stated that a juvenile has been staying at the
residence with his middle-school age sister, while their mother is
incarcerated. Upon arrival, Officer met with the juvenile’s grandmother. She
advised that the juvenile was not home from school at this time. She stated
that she has been staying at the residence with the children and at no time
have they been left unattended.

location. Officers made contact with Eli having prior knowledge of an entered
felony warrant out of the Union County Sheriff’s Office for failure to report
to Tri-County Jail out of a Child Support case. Officer placed Eli Dean into
custody without issue and transported him to The Tri-County Regional Jail.

theft of election signs. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller. She
advised that two Hispanic males stole a "Trump" campaign sign.
Officer patrolled the area, but was unable to locate a vehicle matching that
description. Officer also checked local video surveillance, but was unable to
obtain any information.

location. A short time later the caller made contact with the Officer via
public service. He stated that he located his son and has custody of him.

stated the individual asked for a water cup and instead of filling it with

stated that he was walking home from school when an individual confronted him
and attempted to start a fight. Officer made contact with the individual and

to have further contact with the complainant. He stated that he would not.

arrival Officers made contact with the driver. She stated that she did strike

Madison County Sheriff's Office with a possible suicidal subject. Upon
arrival, Officers established a perimeter on the residence and stood by until
Deputies arrived. Officers learned that the subject had jumped out of his
bedroom window, prior to arrival. Officers attempted to assist Deputies in
locating the subject, but needed to leave due to a priority call in Plain
City.

Officers were dispatched to the listed intersection in reference
to a fight. Upon arrival, Officers met with residents and two passersby.
Officers learned that the male was walking his dog, when she jumped up and
scratched his lip. He smacked her on the nose to discipline her. After
further investigation, Officers advised the passerby, that witnessed the
discipline, she shouldn’t take matters in her own hands and to contact the
police department next time this happens. She was also given a warning for
Disorderly Conduct based on her actions during the altercation.

210 on an unknown medical alarm. Dispatch advised that there was a pendant
activated alarm and the alarm company was unable to reach anyone at the
residence. Upon arrival, with Medic 210 and a respondent, learned that the
resident activated it in their sleep. Officer determined everything to be
fine.

Prior to arrival Union County Sheriff’s Deputy had located the vehicle and

returned to patrol.

trespassing complaint. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the caller. She
stated that a tan van had been parked by the north playground all night with
a subject sleeping inside. Officer made contact with the female and advised
her of the complaint and the parks hours. She stated that she was not aware
she needed to pay for a camp site if she was not using them. She apologized
and stated that she was currently homeless. Officer referred her to several
organizations where she could receive assistance. Once she left the park
Officer returned to patrol.

Officer was on patrol and observed a suspicious black Subaru
parked near the horse barn at the listed location. Officer made contact with
Justin and Rachel Davis, who advised they are homeless and were sleeping in
their car. Officer advised them the park was closed and they had to pay to
stay at a camp site or leave the park. After advising Rachel and Justin of
other possible places to sleep, they left the park. Justin and Rachel Davis
will be cited for Trespassing.
