behavioral health issue. Upon arrival, Officer met with subject and his
mother. Subject was given a warning for Disorderly Conduct and was advised to
contact the Union County Board of Developmental Disabilities for assistance
and possible counseling. After determining that the situation had calmed,
Officer returned to patrol.

Officer received a call about two suspicious people. Officer
located 2 subjects, one of which was Kendrick Hodge. While Officer was
speaking to subjects, Kendrick admitted to having marijuana. Officer seized
the baggie of marijuana and also located a large jar of marijuana, scale and
baggies in his backpack. The items were seized and Kendrick Hodge was charged
with Possession of Marijuana and Marijuana Paraphernalia. Kendrick and the
other subject were advised not to return to the school during school hours.

subject had called in. After some investigation the Officer was able to
make contact with the female subject. Female subject agreed to be taken
to Children's Hospital.

someone having just attempted to enter the garage there. Officer met with the
complainant who stated she believed it was her estranged husband. Complainant
requested extra patrol and thanked Officer for checking the area. Officer
spoke with complainant’s estranged husband by phone, he denied being on the
property.

10/04/2017 a dog bit her dog on the left rear leg causing injury.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a maroon Chevy
Van. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact
with the vehicle owner/driver Annamaria Millay. Annamaria was
advised she had a confirmed warrant out of Madison County Sheriff’s Office
for Failure to Appear on a traffic violation. Annamaria was placed into
custody and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail and booked in on the
attached warrant.

While on patrol Officer observed a suspicious vehicle. Officer
made contact with the driver, Marc St John and passenger. After further
investigation, Marc agreed to a consent search of his vehicle, where a bottle
of Hydrocodone and Cyclobenzaprine not belonging to him were found.
Marc was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and taken to
Tri-County Regional Jail. Passenger was charged with Minor’s Curfew.

reference to a possible injury crash. Upon arrival Officer made contact with
the vehicle's driver, Mariya Muntyan, and her passenger. Upon further
investigation Mariya was placed into custody for OVI. Mariya was issued a
citation for OVI, Failure to control and a summons for Open Container.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a black Toyota
Camry. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact
with the driver/owner, Kiley Roberts. Kiley was issued a citation for Non
Compliance Suspension, No Valid Operator License and a warning for Expired
Registration. Kiley's vehicle was towed to the Plain City Impound lot and her
license plates were seized and sent to the BMV, per BMV request.

Officer observed a gray Chevy Silverado parked on Carriage Drive
near West Avenue. The vehicle was in violation of several parking ordinances
and appeared to be a hazard to other motorists. Officer made contact with the
vehicle driver, Jeffrey Springer to advise him of the violations. Jeffrey
Springer was issued a citation for No Valid Operator License, Non Compliance
Suspension and Failure to Reinstate. Jeffrey was also given a verbal warning
for the parking violations.
