A Jonathan Alder School District Bus struck the front left bumper of Officer’s vehicle while making the turn into the parking lot.  OSP Post 49 was contacted to take a crash report. 11/22/2017	3:29 PM	Disabled Vehicle	East Main St.	Officer observed a grey Honda Civic parked in a pull-off of the listed location. The vehicle appeared to be stuck in the mud. Officer made contact with the occupants who advised Officer that they had AAA en route to pull them out of the mud. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.

11/22/2017	8:19 PM	Obstruction of Official Business	Village Blvd.	Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with three subjects.  Troy Fala was ultimately cited for Obstructing Official Business, Open Container, Non-Compliance Suspension, Physical Control Suspension, License Forfeiture Suspension and No Valid Operator License.   Troy was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail without incident. 11/23/2017	3:16 PM	911 Follow-up	Shepper Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. Officer made contact with subject. After deeming everything fine Officer returned to patrol.
11/24/2017	5:44 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	Cooper Ln.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a noise complaint. Officer advised homeowner of (PCORD 509.10), he advised he would keep the music down. Officer then returned to patrol.

A call was received at the Police Department from the resident at the listed address who requested an Officer check the area for suspicious person(s). Officer patrolled the area and didn't find anyone in the area. After determining everything to be fine, Officer returned to patrol.

11/24/2017	7:06 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious circumstance. Officer checked the property and exterior of the residence and found nothing to be out of the ordinary. Officer then returned to patrol.
11/24/2017	8:44 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	West Ave.	Officer observed a subject, Paul Lester, inside the listed location. Paul had three confirmed warrants for his arrest. Officers placed Paul into custody without incident. Officer transported him to the Tri-County Regional Jail and released him into their custody.
11/24/2017	8:35 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Dickens Ln.	Officer spoke to caller via public service. Caller advised that she believes that someone may have been in her house this morning, however, caller didn't see anyone and didn't see anyone in the neighborhood at this time.
11/25/2017	5:57 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious circumstance.  Upon arrival, Officer could not locate any suspicious persons, however, observed a garbage truck with its lights emptying dumpsters. 11/25/2017	6:35 AM	Driving Complaint	SR 161 E	Officer was dispatched to the area of SR 161 east in reference to a driving complaint. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Officer deemed everything to be fine and returned to patrol.

11/25/2017	4:30 PM	Drunk Driver	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a red Toyota Corolla as it was leaving the listed location. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Ken Collins.  Ken was charged with Failure to Transfer Registration, OVI, and Prior Refusal within 20 years.  His vehicle was towed to the Plain City Impound Lot. 11/25/2017	7:42 PM	Traffic Stop	Willowbrook Ct.	Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver/owner Jodi Williamson.  Jodi was subsequently issued a citation for No Valid OL, Failure to Reinstate and Driving on a Non-Compliance Suspension.   Jodi’s vehicle was towed to the Plain City Police Department Impound.
11/26/2017	8:18 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	US Rt. 42 N	Officer initiated a traffic stop and made contact made contact with the driver, Jacob Patterson, and the vehicle owner/front seat passenger.  Officer found that Jacob had a confirmed warrant out of the Marysville Police Department for Failure to Appear on a traffic offense. Jacob was subsequently placed into custody for the warrant and issued a traffic citation for Non-Compliance Suspension, License Forfeiture Suspension, No Valid Operator License, and One Headlight-Two Headlights Required.  Officer issued the passenger/vehicle owner a verbal warning for wrongful entrustment.
11/26/2017	2:43 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	Officer dispatched to the area of the listed location in reference to a deer that had been recently struck and injured.  Officer was unable to locate any deer that had been injured and still alive. Officer then returned to patrol.
