Officer received a complaint advising a male subject may have
been sleeping at the property without permission. Officer made contact
with building owner and awaited for his arrival to unlock the building.
Officer made contact with subject occupying the building. Subject was
told that he had to vacate the building and also remove his property and his
vehicles and return the key to the building owner.

subsequently issued a citation for ALS Suspension and No Valid Operator’s

Police Dept. impound lot.

assist. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller. Officer
then attempted to use the master key, however was unable to use this key to
open the front and rear doors. Officer requested Pleasant Valley Colony Fire
Department to assist with entry into the residence. Officer advised property
manager about the box key issue.
