Officer responded to the area of Lafayette-Plain City Rd just
south of Perry Pike, at the request of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office,
in reference to a suspicious person complaint. Upon Officer’s arrival, a
Deputy was speaking with the male subject. Deputy arranged for another
Deputy to transport subject to his residence.

Officer was dispatched to the intersection of SR 161 and US 42
in reference an injury crash. Officer made contact with the defendant,
Cynthia Pezzot. Officer also made contact with operator of the other
vehicle and a witness. All parties advised that Cynthia continued westbound
on SR 161 disregarding the red stop light at US RT 42. Cynthia was
subsequently cited for Red Light Violation.

Officer was dispatched to the area of US42 in reference to a
pursuit involving a unit from the Ohio State Highway Patrol (West Jefferson
Post) pursuing a maroon Ford 4 door. While Officer was chasing the suspect he
was apprehended by canine Evan and his handler, Deputy Lisska (MCSO). The
suspect, Soloman Lane, was placed into custody by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and transported to Tri-County Jail. Officer checked the area where the
suspect drove and did not observe any damage.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a
non-injury property crash. Officer made contact with vehicle operator.
Subject advised that she was getting gas at the westernmost gas pump
and when backing up, she struck the white post showing the prices of
gasoline. Officer made contact with Marathon employee, that stated the damage
was minimal to the post and did not believe it would need to be pursued any
further. Officer then documented the scene and returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
theft in progress. Upon Officers arrival, he met with the manager who advised
an older white male, possibly in his 60's, entered the store and appeared
suspicious. The male grabbed a bottle of Tums and put it down his pants. The
manager witnessed this, he confronted the male, who turned over the Tums.
After telling the gentleman multiple times to leave and calling the police,
the male left the store at a high rate of speed. Jacob stated the male did
not take anything from the store, but wanted the Officer to make contact with
the male and advise him he is not allowed on the property.

Parking Complaint

Officer was met on station by complainant who advised that the
customers at the Plain City Lanes are parking on the north side of the Lanes
building in a line all the way to First Flight Auto Sales. By doing so, this
blocks access to complainant’s business and his vehicles and his customers
can not get to or out of the business. Complainant requested Officer
make contact with the Lanes and advised them of the issue.
Officer made contact with manager at Plain City Lanes and
advised him of the issue. Manager advised that he would try to keep
that area open in the future.

Officer received an anonymous complaint that a vehicle drove
through the barricade at the listed location and it was lying in the roadway.
Officer learned that the driver involved was Jordan Doneyhue. Jordan
was subsequently issued a citation for Stopping After Accident-Private
Property and released.

roadway. The vehicle was in violation of (PCPD ORD 303.09). Officer advised
subject to move the vehicle off the roadway as soon as possible or he would
be issued a citation.

contact with subject. Subject advised she was going be taking care of both

Officer was advised by UCSO dispatch of a Black Ford Thunderbird
driving erratically. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and
made contact with the driver Rebecca J. Adkins. Rebecca was subsequently
cited for OVI (ORC 4511.19A1A) and OVI (4511.19A1H). Rebecca was also issued
a criminal summons for Open Container.

Officer was met on station by subject. Subject advised she found
a black ZTE cellular phone in a red case at the corner of Converse Avenue and
North Chillicothe Street. The phone was powered on but requires a pass code
to access. The Officer took the phone and is located at the police department
pending return to the owner.

domestic dispute. Both parties stated that they agreed to remain calm and
separate for the rest of the night.
