Officer observed a disabled vehicle and made contact with the
operator of the disabled vehicle who advised she was lost. Directions were
provided to subject back to her residence. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was met at the police department by four juveniles.
Officer was advised that they located a driver's license. Contact was
made with license owner. The license was destroyed as the owner had
obtained a new one.

Officer observed that a bench at the rear of the listed location
fell over onto the street. Officer moved the bench and placed it back on the

reference a harassment complaint. Officer contacted subject and advised to no
longer have any further contact with the complainant or his family.

Officer was dispatched area of 262 West Main Street (Studio on
Main Hair Salon), in reference to male beating on the door yelling. Officer
found a subject screaming to let him in and beating on the door. The male,
Nicholas Ceballos, was too intoxicated to tell the Officer where he was
supposed to be staying. Nicholas was placed in Custody for Disorderly
Conduct. Nicholas was later transported to Tri-County by Officer
without incident.

vandalism. Officer made contact with complainant who stated her son's vehicle
had been egged overnight. Complainant was advised to contact the department

Officer was advised of a driving complaint. Officer located the
vehicle and made a traffic stop. The driver advised that he was lost and was
attempting to engage the GPS on the phone in order to navigate home. After
giving him a warning and advising him on safe cell phone use, Officer
returned to patrol.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to
a female that was screaming and arguing with her mother and grandparents.
Officers made contact with the listed parties. After speaking with subject
she advised that she was not suicidal but still need help with some mental
health issues.
