Officer conducted a routine registration check on a silver
Volkswagen Passat. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made
contact with the driver/owner and passenger. After further investigation; the
passenger, Sergey Babyak, was placed in custody for two felony warrants out
of Franklin County and later released to Franklin County Deputies. Maxim
Babyak was issued a citation for No Valid Operator's License, Random
Selection Non Compliance Suspension and Fictitious Tags.

well being check. Officer made contact with the resident at her residence.
Officer also explained the different assistance programs that were available
for her.

Officer was advised of an illegally parked vehicle. Officer made
contact with the vehicle owner who moved the vehicle with no issues and was
given a verbal warning for the parking infraction.

Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a
driving complaint. Officer initiated a traffic stop a blue Honda Civic and
made contact with the driver/owner. The driver advised his passenger was
driving just prior to being stopped. She had recently gotten her instructors
permit and was just learning how to drive. The driver advised he switched
back to driving because of her unsafe driving. Officer explained motorist
safety to the passenger and advised her not to operate on busy roadways until
she can operate the vehicle safely.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to
telephone harassment. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller. She advised
that she had received a call yesterday from a woman who advised that she was
collecting a debt owed by the caller's boyfriend. The caller advised that the
call appeared to be coming from her boyfriend’s phone and when she answered
it was a woman who began yelling at her. The caller advised that she had
already contacted Verizon Cellular and the Attorney General's Office.

driving complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant. He advised
that sometime overnight an unknown person drove a vehicle through his front
yard.

Officer was flagged down by the complainant and advised of a
juvenile issue involving his granddaughter. Officer spoke the mother and
involved parties at their residence. The parties admitted to the
incident. Officer advised not to have further contact with the
complainant's granddaughter and the possible consequences if they did.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
disabled vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer located a black 2003 Toyota. Officer
made contact with the driver, who advised she was driving on the walking
path. When she realized vehicles were not permitted on the path, she tried to
cut across on the grass and got stuck. Due to the damage of the grass, her
information was passed onto the Village for possible reimbursement.

neighbor dispute. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the involved parties. All
parties agreed to not have any further contact with one another and to
contact the police department if they have any further problems.

Officer was on patrol and observed a suspicious vehicle at the
listed location. Officer made contact with Eugene Boismier and passenger. The
passenger's father arrived later and was made aware of what transpired this
evening. He was advised that the passenger would be charged with Criminal
Trespass and Curfew Violation. Eugene Boismier was charged with Contributing
to the Unruliness of a Child and Criminal Trespass. He was then transported
to Tri-County Regional Jail. Investigation Pending.

vandalism. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller. She stated
that a male keyed her vehicle and ran the other direction cutting through
some yards and drove off in a newer model dark colored 4 door sedan with dark
tinted windows and chrome trim around the windows. Officer searched the area
but was unable to locate the subject.
