Officer received a direct complaint to the listed location in reference to littering. Upon arrival, the complainant stated "The Bag" newspaper company delivered a newspaper to his address with a used Red Bull can banded to the newspaper. Incident pending.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with both mother and juvenile and advised the juvenile to respect his mother, and obey her household rules. Both parties agreed to get along and agreed to have minimal contact for the rest of the night giving the incident time to diffuse.

Officer received a direct complaint in reference to a suspicious vehicle and person at the listed location. Officer made contact with the driver who stated that he was just there to relax and enjoy the weather. Officer determined everything to be fine.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer observed a green Ford 150 with the engine running and made contact with the vehicle owner. He advised he had just gotten back from a road trip and forgot to shut the vehicle off after unpacking.

Officer received a call that a U-Haul had just pulled out of the listed location after dumping a couch. Officer made contact with the driver. After investigation, Joshua Rickman was served with a summons for Littering.

Officer responded to the listed location on the report of a man who had urinated on the building. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant who advised that a visitor urinated on the wall beside the front door. Officer met with the suspect and explained that his actions would not be tolerated and advised of the consequences if he were to do this again.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unwanted guest. Upon arrival with Officers made contact with the caller. She advised when the subject realized that she was speaking with the Police he left. Officer advised on assistance with getting the property back and also advise him not to contact her or come to her residence in the future.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unruly juvenile. Upon arrival Officers made contact with the juvenile and her grandfather. Officers spoke with the juvenile about her behavior. Officers reminded her that her grandfather was her guardian and that her behavior was unacceptable. The grandfather was advised of the steps to file unruly charges.

Officers received a direct complaint while on patrol in reference to a possible mental health issue. Upon arrival Officer observed the subject conversing with an electrical box. After determining that the subject was not mentally coherent, Officer contacted her son who came out and advised he would transport her to the hospital.

Officer received a direct complaint. The complainant advised that she has noticed some of her children’s clothes come up missing when one of the daughter's friends comes over. Officer spoke with daughter's friend and her grandfather about her possibly taking items and advised both that the complainant no longer wants the daughter's friend to hang around her children.

Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a stop sign that had fallen over. Upon arrival Officer located the stop sign and was able to stand it back up, as well as several orange barrels in the roadway caused by the high winds.

Officer was advised of a male subject walking on the listed route. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the male who stated that his vehicle had run out of gas. Officer transported the male to his residence. He stated that he would retrieve the vehicle the following day. Officer checked the vehicle to confirm it was not a road hazard.

Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to down wires in the roadway. Upon arrival, along with Pleasant Valley Fire Station 261, the wires were determined to be a cable line. The lines were removed from the roadway, and the cable provider was informed.

Officer responded to the listed location on the report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with him and identified himself as Rylan M. Burrie. After investigation, Rylan M. Burrie was placed under arrest for Protection Order Violation and was later transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

Officer observed a black Chevrolet Avalanche parked in the lot of the listed location. Officer made contact with the vehicle operator/owner who advised he was waiting on a Deputy so he could retrieve his hunting canine off of someone's property. Dispatch confirmed that a Deputy was on his way out to meet with the subject in reference to the runaway canine. Officer deemed everything fine.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible burglary in progress. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the caller and his parents. After speaking with all involved, the caller was given a warning for misuse of 911.

Upon arrival Officer spoke with the caller who advised a juvenile had crossed the roadway and almost got struck by a vehicle. The caller could not advise where the juvenile went or where the juvenile lived. Officer patrolled the area but was unable to locate any juveniles matching the description.

Officer received a direct complaint. The complainant advised that a man was riding an ATV in an alleyway. Officer made contact with the subject gave a verbal warning for the violation of the village ordinance 375.04; permitted operation of snowmobiles, off-highway motorcycles and all purpose vehicles. The subject apologized for any inconveniences he may have caused.

Officer responded to the listed location at the request of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, in reference to a burglary in progress. While responding, Officer observed a dark colored SUV traveling at a high rate of speed. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the brown Nissan with an Officer as backup. Upon further investigation, Britton Steiginga was placed into custody for OVI, Speeding, Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.
