Officer made contact with the driver who was uninjured. Officer stood by

Officer observed a vehicle parked diagonally across the gravel
lane. Officer initiated a traffic stop with it and made contact with the
driver and passenger. Officer made contact with passenger's mother. They were
advised to take their actions somewhere else in the future and the driver was
warned for driving through the grass.

parked in the lot. Officer made contact with the driver and passenger and
determined everything checked okay.

threat. Officer checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
missing juvenile. Upon arrival Officer met with the father who advised that
his daughter was supposed to spend the night with a friend but when he went
to the apartment was told she had left yesterday with a friend. While
speaking with the father, the daughter arrived. Officer ensured that she was
okay and spoke to her about responsibly letting her father know her
whereabouts and possible consequences for not doing so.

Officer was met on station in reference to suspicious
circumstances. He advised that he had received a call from a man claiming to
be with disconnection services for General Electric. The man claimed that the
business owner owed $2,029.95 and that he must pay today or power would be
shut off. The business owner then contacted General Electric on the phone
number on his monthly bill and was advised that his account was current and
that he owed no money. The business owner wanted the Police Department to be
aware.

Department who had found some miscellaneous property in the alley. Officer
made contact with the property owner to return the property.

disabled vehicle. Upon arrival Officer found a blue Ford Taurus stopped in
the turn lane. Officer made contact with the owner and her father. The
vehicle was pushed to the roadside where it was no longer a hazard until was
later towed.

theft complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with an employee. She advised that
over the past few months someone has been taking several items. Officer
offered tips on extra security measures and to contact the police department
of any future incidents.

suspicious circumstance. Upon arrival Officer met with the homeowner who
advised someone was inside of his garage yesterday. Officer spoke to the
resident about security options and to contact the police any time he notices
anything out of the ordinary.

Officer met with residents at their residence in reference to a
scam. She advised that she was scammed out of approximately $8,723.00. She
received a call a few days ago from a subject. He advised her that her
grandson was involved in an accident and that she needed to send money. She
was able to make contact with her grandson and learned that she had been
scammed. Officer advised of steps to take in the event of any future
incidents and also provided the Attorney General's Office contact
information.

Officer was requested to make contact with an individual at the
listed location. Franklin County Child Services requested a well being check
on the individual and her child. Officer made contact with the individual's
mother who advised she and her child do not live at the listed location any
longer. She did not know where they could be staying nor could provide a
phone number or any other way of contacting her. Officer contacted Franklin
County Child Services advising her of the findings.

who advised he was delivering furniture but could not fit his Freightliner
Truck down a side road to get to the destination. He advised he had to rent a
U-haul and transfer the furniture from the tractor trailer to the U-haul.
Officer determined everything to be fine.

the individual and his daughter. The individual stated he was doing well and

disabled vehicle. Upon arrival Officer met with the homeowner who advised a
white 1988 Chevrolet broke down in the alley beside his residence and he no
longer wants the vehicle owner or their car on his property. Upon speaking
with the vehicle owner, they advised they would be getting a tow truck
immediately and have the vehicle removed. They were advised of the
consequences of leaving the vehicle on the property and the possibility of
the homeowner having it towed.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
missing person. Upon arrival Officer met with the caller, who advised her
mother has been missing for two days and was last seen at the listed location
before leaving for a doctor’s appointment. A short time later the mother was
found safe.
