Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a
driving complaint. Officer located the vehicle and made contact with the
driver. Officer spoke to her about the incident and she advised that she had
missed her turn and pulled into a driveway to turn around. When she did so,
she backed up too far and ended up in the ditch and had to drive up out of
it. Officer spoke to the driver's father and advised him of the incident.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
stray canine. Upon arrival Officer searched the area and found the dog. It
had a collar with contact information for the owner. Officer was able to make
contact and arrange that she pick up the dog from the police department. She
was warned for having a loose dog.

Officer was flagged down and advised of a domestic dispute at
this location. The passersby advised that he had heard a man inside the
apartment screaming at a woman. Upon arrival Officer met with the resident
who advised that she and her boyfriend had been arguing a few minutes ago but
were now done. She had stepped outside so that both parties could calm down.
Both parties were advised to attempt to peacefully communicate their issues
and to try to stay calm in the future.

Officer was contacted on station in reference to a road rage
incident. She advised that she had stopped at the intersection. She checked
traffic and proceeded to cross. As she did so, a gold Honda approached while
honking its horn. The driver followed her to the rear of the building and got
out of his car and began yelling at her. She wanted the Police Department to
be aware of the incident.

bad check. Upon arrival Officer met with the caller and business owner. She
advised that she had received a returned check in the amount of $32.25. The
check was returned for Insufficient Funds. Investigation pending.

Officer received a call from the school principal who requested
a well being check. Officer contacted Pickaway County Sheriff’s Department to
attempt a well being check at individual's last documented address. The
Pickaway County Sheriff’s Department was unable to make contact with the
individual. Officer later received a call from the individual. Officer
explained the situation to him and he stated that he was fine. He assured
that he was fine.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to
telecommunication harassment. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller.
She advised she had received direct messages on Facebook from her son’s, ex
girlfriend's daughter. The caller wanted the incident documented in case it
happened again in the future.

a possible school threat via social media. Upon arrival Officers spoke with
the caller and her daughter. The daughter had found an Instagram post by
someone. After investigation, Officers determined that there was no
credible threat.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a
domestic dispute. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller. He
stated that he had been involved in a verbal dispute with his step son.
Officer then made contact with the step son, then stood by while the step son
gathered his property. Once the step son left the residence Officer returned
to patrol.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to
vandalism. Officers met with the callers. He stated that he heard a loud boom
and came outside to see a gold Chevy SUV speeding off at a high rate of
speed. He then looked at his daughter's vehicle and saw that the driver's
side rear view mirror was smashed and hanging on the side of the vehicle.
After investigation Officer contacted the suspect via phone and advised her
to no longer make any contact with the callers, and warned her that if she
did, she would be charged with telecom harassment.

Officer was flagged down by an individual and advised of a
suspicious circumstance. The resident stated at some point during the night,
someone took off the screen to her window and placed against the wall. There
was no forced entry and Officer did not observe anything else out of the
ordinary. The resident wanted this documented in case of further incidents.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
possible prowler. Dispatch advised someone opened the screen glass door and
began turning the door knob to the front door. The homeowner also advised a
few weeks prior, she heard someone try to open the front door, and then
observed someone shining a flashlight into their front windows. The resident
was advised to contact the police department if anything like this happens
again. Officer then searched the location and surrounding areas but did not
locate anything out of the ordinary.

odor in the area. Officer made contact with the homeowner. Officer advised
her that the smell was believed to be a dead animal, possibly a skunk.
Officer then checked around her residence and was unable to locate the source
of the odor. Officer determined everything to be okay.

suspicious person. The caller advised there was a suspicious male knocked on
her door. Officer patrolled the area but was unable to locate the subject.
Officer then made contact with the caller and advised her to call 911
immediately in any emergency situation rather than postponing the call.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a silver Jeep
Cherokee. Officer learned that the registered owner was under suspension and
the vehicle registration expired on 04/16/2011. Officer then initiated a
traffic stop and made contact with the driver/owner. Susan Dennett was
subsequently issued a citation for No Valid Operator’s License, Judgment
Suspension and Expired Tags.

Officer was dispatched to the corporation limits by the Union
County Sheriff's Office to locate a dark colored Ford Escape. Officer
observed a black Ford Escape and conducted an investigative stop on the
vehicle. Officer made contact with the driver and asked him about the
incident. Curtis A. Harper was charged with Operating Vehicle while
Intoxicated, OVI Concentration, License Forfeiture Suspension, No Operators
License and Open Container.

Focus and went to the owner's residence. She advised she would move the
