9/23/2018	5:35 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Friend St.	Officer was met at the Police Department by two subjects. Officer then stood by while the two exchanged custody of their son. Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.	Plain City Police Department
9/23/2018	1:40 PM	Well-being Check	Weathervane Way	Officers were dispatched to the listed location on a welfare check. Officers made contact with subject.  Subject was calm and denied needing any type of assistance. Officer then contacted complainant by phone and advised her of findings. Officers then returned to patrol.
9/24/2018	4:50 PM	Lost Property/Not Stolen	West Main St.	Officer was contacted via phone by complainant who advised that he had lost his wallet yesterday in Plain City.  Complainant advised that he had already contacted his bank to deactivate the card.
9/24/2018	2:40 PM	Parking Complaint	West Main St.	Officer was met at the Police Department by complainant, in reference to a parking complaint. Complainant stated that he has an agreement with the owner of Mikes Pit Stop for his customers to park on the businesses rear lot. The neighboring businesses employees have been parking on the lot for extended periods of time. An employee of the listed location stated that the new owner had no issues with employees parking on the lot. Officer advised complainant of this and told him parking would need to be enforced by that business owner or his employees. Officer then returned to patrol.	Mike's Pit Stop
9/25/2018	10:48 PM	Assist Other Agency	SR 736	Officer was requested by the Union County Sheriff's Office to look for a vehicle out of a domestic violence incident that occurred at Helser Avenue. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol.
9/25/2018	9:46 AM	Message Delivery	Guy St.	Officer was requested by the London Police Department to make contact with subject, at the listed address, to have him contact their office in reference to them having his driver's license and credit card. Officer made contact with a female at the residence who was able to provide a phone number for subject. She also advised that she would tell subject to contact London Police. This information was relayed to the London Police Department and Officer then returned to patrol.
9/25/2018	7:50 AM	Non-Injury Crash	West Main St.	Officers responded to West Main Street and Maple Street in reference to a non-injury crash. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with Casey Price, who was driving a black 2014 Jeep Cherokee and driver of the other vehicle.  Casey was issued a citation for ACDA. 9/25/2018	12:57 AM	Suspicious Person	Shepper Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious male. Dispatch advised a male was sitting in the yard of the listed location for over an hour, talking on the phone loudly. Upon my arrival, Officer made contact with the subject.  Subject apologized for sitting on the wall and stated he was going home. After determining everything to be fine, Officer then returned to patrol.
9/26/2018	6:37 PM	Telecom Harassment	Central Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to telecommunications harassment. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with complainant. Complainant advised he had received phone calls advising complainant to stop snapchatting/messing with their girlfriend. Complainant advised he hadn’t done any of the things accused of and believed the callers had the wrong number or were pranking him. Officer attempted to call the numbers back but no voice mailbox systems were set up. Officer advised complainant to block the numbers and advise PCPD the issue continues.
9/26/2018	4:54 PM	Parking Complaint	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a parking complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with employee of the business. She advised me that a vehicle has been parked in the gravel lot (east side) of the business for over two hours.  Employee requested that Officer make contact with vehicle owner and ask her to not park there in the future. Officer went outside and the vehicle was gone. Officer advised employee of this and she stated that she would get a hold of vehicle owner herself. Officer then returned to patrol. 9/27/2018	7:20 PM	Assist Other Agency	SR 161 W	Officer was requested by UCSO Dep. Williams to perform a narcotics sniff of a vehicle he had on a traffic stop on SR 161 near Scheiderer Rd.  When assistance was no longer need, Officer returned to patrol.
9/27/2018	3:55 PM	Threatened Suicide	Madison Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible suicide threat. Officers then made contact with subject, who was sleeping upstairs. Subject denied being suicidal. After speaking with subject, both units returned to patrol.

9/28/2018	10:49 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Shepper Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the area of Shepper Avenue in reference to a strong odor of marijuana. Upon arrival, Officer did not smell any marijuana, but did smell a skunk. After not being able to locate anything out of the ordinary, Officer then returned to patrol.

9/28/2018	6:34 PM	Recovered/Found Property	North Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to found property. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with caller who advised he found an Ohio EBT Card.  Dispatch was unable to find any contact information for card holder. The number on the back of the card was contacted and the card was destroyed.
9/28/2018	4:53 PM	Parking Complaint	South Chillicothe St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a parking complaint. Upon arrival, Officer observed several vehicles parked in the grassy area behind South Chillicothe St. Officer made contact with an employee of the business. She had someone make an announcement for people in the grass to move their vehicles. The vehicles were moved immediately without incident. Officer then returned to patrol.	Municipal Buildings
9/28/2018	2:59 PM	Non-Injury Crash	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a three-vehicle non-injury crash. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with, Joyce Clark and the owners of the other vehicles. The parties were given each other’s insurance information. Joyce was cited for improper backing. 9/28/2018	11:22 AM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	East Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the Ferguson Funeral Home in reference to a non-injury crash on private property. Upon arrival, Officer met with business owner and Jeremy Gray, vehicle driver. After further investigation it was learned that Jeremy drove northbound across the parking lot as he did, the top of his 1999 Ford F350 Box truck struck the edge of the roof covering a portion of the parking lot. This caused damage to both sides of the soffit and minor damage to the truck roof. Both parties exchanged insurance information. For more information see photos.	Ferguson's Funeral Home
9/28/2018	9:42 AM	Animal Complaint - Other	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the list location in reference to a loose dog complaint. The caller advised dispatch that the dog took off toward Gay street. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller who advised that the dog was a small white/light brown terrier mix. While speaking with the caller, Officer observed the dog running back toward the Gay Street area. Officer attempted to catch the dog without success.  Officer then returned to patrol.
9/29/2018	5:31 PM	Driving Complaint	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was dispatched in the area of US 42 near 736 in reference to a driving compliant. Dispatch advised they received a call of a black Honda SUV swerving and at one point stopped in the roadway. Officer observed the vehicle traveling southbound on US 42 near North Chillicothe St and initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle. Vehicle driver showed no signs of impairment and advised she stopped off the roadway because the car behind her was tailgating her. Officer then returned to patrol.
9/29/2018	2:56 PM	Assist Other Agency	SR 4	Officer responded to the listed location to assist the Union County Sheriff’s Office in a search for two escapees. After assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.

9/29/2018	10:24 AM	911 Follow-up	South Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow up. Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.
9/29/2018	10:17 AM	Driving Complaint	SR 161 W	Officer was dispatched to the area of SR 161 W in reference to a driving complaint. Dispatch advised that the caller was behind a red Ford F150 that was swerving and going slow speed prior to call. Officer observed the vehicle fail to signal a right turn. Officer stopped the vehicle on the lot of McDonald's. Upon speaking with the driver, Officer advised him why he was stopped. Officer did not observe any signs of impairment or any odor of an alcoholic beverage. Upon determining everything to be okay, Officer returned to patrol.
9/29/2018	10:07 AM	911 Follow-up	Willow Bend Cir	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow up. Upon arrival, Officer met with subject who apologized for the incident and thanked Officer for checking on her. Officer then returned to patrol.
