Officer was contacted via telephone in reference to a missing
adult. The caller advised her mother had left to go to the library and had
not been back. Officer search the area and around town, until advised by the
caller the mother had been located. Officer met with both parties. The
mother stated she did not remember anything that she did today. The
daughter advised the mother was not going to be driving any further, and
options for long term care for are being considered.

the listed location in reference to a possible domestic violence incident.
Upon arrival Officer assisted Union County Sheriff's Sergeant until assistance
was no longer needed.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
parking complaint. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the complainant.
She advised that there was a vehicle that parked in her driveway that went
into neighboring business. She advised she already went over and had the
vehicle moved, but was frustrated that it keeps happening. Officer suggested
that she post signage, which she was already in the process of doing. Officer
made contact with a few employees at the business and advised them of the
complaint. They apologized and advised they try to keep an eye on where their
customers park, but can’t always pay attention.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
theft complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with the employee. She advised
that a male in a silver Buick pulled up to get Kerosene. The male subject
sent his child into the store and requested they turn on the pump. He filled
up with $16.01 in Kerosene and left the scene without paying. Officer made
contact with driver at his residence and advised him of the complaint. He
apologized and stated that he would take care of it in the next few minutes.
Officer made contact with the business a short time later and learned that he
had paid the balance.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an
animal complaint. The caller advised that there was a dog locked in a
vehicle. Upon arrival Officer attempted to locate a white Buick but was
unable to locate said vehicle. Dispatch attempted to make contact with the
caller but was unsuccessful.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to
a runaway juvenile. Officer made contact with the mother. She stated the
juvenile was at home earlier in the night, but checked his bedroom and he was
gone. After a short while, the mother was able to make contact with the
juvenile he then returned to his grandmother's residence. Officers made
contact with the juvenile's grandmother and she escorted him home. At his
home, Officers advised the juvenile that he would be charged with a curfew violation.

Officer made contact with Amber Jarvis at the listed location in
reference to a warrant out of the Marysville Municipal Court for failure to
appear out of domestic violence charge. Amber Jarvis was placed into custody
without incident and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.

Officers received information of a suspicious vehicle. She
advised that as she walked through the elementary parking lot a Mitsubishi
Outlander drove through the lot slowly and was following her. She said the
man driving slowed and looked directly at her. He exited the lot, but then
circled back and continued to stare at her. Officer told her the Police
Department would keep eyes open for this vehicle.

non-injury private property crash. Upon arrival, Officer spoke to the driver,
who advised that she was pulling into a parking space. She advised that she
meant to hit the brakes, but suddenly hit the brick wall. Officer advised
that an incident report would be on file for insurance purposes.

a suspicious vehicle. Contact was made with the home owners son, who was on
the scene and explained that his parents recently moved and they were in the
process of getting the house ready to sell. Officer determined everything to

was rummaging through trash and advised him to make sure he would clean up

driver, who remained in his vehicle, which was positioned inside one of the

wash without incident and got back in line to use another car wash.

Officers responded to the listed location on a parking
complaint. The business owner advised that people continuously park in the
alley just the east of her business and in doing so, they block the parking
area to her business. Upon arrival, Officer spoke to the driver of a box
truck that pulled up who advised he was looking at his paperwork for special
instructions for a delivery, but he was not parking there. Officer then spoke
to the business owner about ways to address the issue. Officer determined everything
to be fine.

dark gray Honda that had been parked just off the roadway for about an hour.
Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the vehicle owner, who was a home
health nurse. She advised that she was early for an appointment with a
patient and was catching up on some paperwork before going to the residence.
Officer advised that she was parked in someone's yard and would need to find
a more suitable location. She apologized and advised she would move.

someone riding a four wheeler behind the listed location. Upon arrival
Officer spoke with the resident and advised him of the complaint. The

next to a black Chevrolet pickup. Officer made contact with the driver and
asked him about the paper. He stated that his friends covered his vehicle
with Post-it notes and that was in the street. Officer advised him that the
paper needed to be picked up and disposed of properly. He stated that his
friends would take care of it. Officer drove back by the location later and
all the paper was picked up.

the alarm going off. The alarm shut off a few minutes later and Officer returned

he was parked there. He stated that he just dropped off a resident and was

needed to park on the street, not in the lot of a closed business. He advised
that he understood and Officer returned to patrol.

Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to
a suicide threat. Upon arrival, Officers met with the residents. Officers
recommended that she go to the hospital to get checked out. She agreed and
was transported by Station 261. Officers advised he should also go to the
hospital to be checked out. He then was transported by Station 210.
