believed someone came and attempted to take a Christmas decoration. Officer

driving complaint. The caller advised a red Lincoln was driving without tail
lights and was driving all over the roadway. Upon arrival Officer located the
vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. Officer determined the driver was not
impaired and advised the driver to drive with his hazards on and to get it
fixed immediately.

Officer was contacted via phone. The caller advised that her
daughter is in the custody of Franklin County Children Services. The caller
advised that her daughter was in the Plain City area. Officer was contacted
by Franklin County Department of Jobs and Family Services and confirmed that
the daughter was an entered runaway, missing since 09/25/2016. Officer
checked all the given locations numerous times during my shift but did not
locate the daughter.

attempt to locate a male subject. Officer made contact with the subject's
mother. She advised that he had left earlier in the day. Officer forward this
information to the Marysville Police Department.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location to check the
welfare of the resident. A concerned citizen called advising that they feared
that an individual was taking advantage of the resident financially due to an
incident that occurred today. Officer met with the resident and spoke to him
about the individual. The resident advised that he was okay the situation.
The Officer advised him that the Police Department could contact the
individual if he began to harass or annoy with requests. The resident declined
at this time.

dispute. Upon arrival Officer met with the caller. She advised that she and
her estranged husband, are separated and in the process of a divorce. The
visit started out friendly until they began to discuss the division of
property. Both parties advised that there was no violence or threats made.
Both parties were advised to avoid contact with each other and also to
contact the Police in the future for a civil standby.

Officer was dispatched to the area of the retention pond behind
the listed street in reference to juveniles in the area. Upon arrival Officer
made contact with the juveniles who were leaving the area. They advised that
they had walked around the pond but were not on the water. Officer advised of
the dangers of the cold water. Officer spoke to the juvenile's mother and
advised her of the complaint but that neither of the juveniles were on the
ice.

West Jefferson Police Department to make contact with a resident. A silver
Buick registered to the resident was a suspect vehicle out of a theft. Upon
arrival Officer made contact with the resident who stated that he was selling
the vehicle to one of his tenants. Officer forwarded this information to the
West Jefferson Police Department.

Officer received a direct complaint in reference to a possible
hit skip. Officer responded to the listed location and spoke with the
complainant. She advised that at some point in the evening someone struck her
vehicle and her front bumper was torn off. Officer patrolled the area but was
unable to find any vehicles with corresponding damage.

Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a
suspicious vehicle/person. Upon arrival Officer met with the caller and his
daughter. They advised when the daughter pulled into the back of their
residence, a white single cab truck stopped at their driveway. A white, older
male, possibly in his fifties was driving the vehicle. The vehicle stopped
and the man began staring at the daughter. The caller noticed this from
inside of the residence and walked outside. As he did so, the van took off at
a high rate of speed down the alley. The incident was documented.

two suspicious vehicles. The complainant stated there were two SUV's behind
the school with their lights on. We checked the area, but were unable to
locate any vehicles. Officers determined everything to be fine.

Officer was on patrol and observed a black Mazda 6 parked at a
fuel pump. Officer made contact with the registered owner and her passenger.
She advised they were on their way home when she noticed her fuel gauge was
on empty. She attempted to use the fuel pumps but they were not turned on.
She advised she did not want to run out of fuel in the bad road conditions.
Officer provided enough fuel to make it to an open fueling station.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a
suspicious person. The caller stated that a male subject appeared to be
sleeping in a grey Chevy Truck in front of the listed location. Upon arrival
Officer made contact with driver who stated that he had left work early and
needed to go to the Post Office. Due to poor road conditions he decided to
wait near the listed location rather than drive home. Officer determined
everything checked okay.

road hazard. Officer met with the driver of a Penske moving truck. She stated
that she had gotten stuck partially in the yard of the listed location. She
contacted the homeowner and agreed to fix the yard civilly. Officer returned
to patrol once the truck was no longer a hazard.

the dog owner arrived later and claimed her dog. She was advised not to allow
